Excellent product for stability training
Bought this to help strengthen muscles in my feet. I have incorporated it into my yoga, stretching and strengthening routines and find it to be an excellent bit of kit. Well made and does what it supposed to do - providing that extra bit of stability challenge that forces the feet and legs to work to keep the balance. I would highly recommended!

Great value, super product. Perfect for balance and stability.
Great quality product and does exactly what I was hoping it would do. You have to utilize different muscles in your legs and feet compared to other types of balancing/stability products which is ideal for athletes looking for ever changing ways to train and condition. This product is perfect for my 14yo son who is an elite soccer player.

Improve your Stability
This is recommended by all physios to improve your stability - do your squats on this pad and then try standing on one leg! Good price as well.

Perfect for balance exercises - great value product
I’d used one of these balance pads for balance exercises at the gym, and decided it was time to get a proper one to use for my home exercises (rather than standing on a lumpy cushion!) I was a bit confused by the massive range in prices, but decided to try out this cheaper one. Very happy with it. Perfect for what I need, and a fraction of the price of the brand I’d used at the gym.

It’s good but not suited for standing desk
It’s not soft foam, but since I’m 72kg, the problem is that it’s “giving” enough that that it cuts off circulation to the edges of my toes after a while of standing, and gives me pins and needles. Im sure it’s great for stability while exercising, and it’s certainly comfortable at first, but I wouldn’t recommend it for use with a standing desk. Buy something slightly thinner and supportive.
