Delicious - much prefer to smoked salmon
Not as rich as smoked salmon - and that's a major plus for me. I temper smoked salmon with scrambled egg but with this lovely smoked trout ... I don't have to. it's fine just as it is with a twist of lemon and black pepper. Nice company with lots of lovely products. A bit overpriced but treat yourself.
