Shipping information could be better. You will get one tracking number and need to contact the seller thru Amazon to get all tracking numbers. I think it’s about 5-6. I had added on more items so I had about 15 numbers to track. Everything arrived within a few days of each other. Ordered on a Friday and received everything within a week. Packaging of the cable machine attachments was superb! Packaging of the machine could definitely be improved. I had a few small scratches but nothing that would affect functionality. The Ritfit 2.0 pro is much better quality than I expected. Feels very sturdy and the cable machine and smith machine functions are probably the smoothest and quietest I’ve ever used. I did get the 370lb package and I’m very glad I did. The 2:1 pulley ratio makes 100lbs feel like 50. You will regret buying less weight than the 370lbs. Assembly was very easy to understand and the step by step packaging of the hardware made it a breeze. I assembled it alone and it might have taken me 3 hours. Definitely would be faster and easier with assistance though. I’ve had this machine almost a week and find myself getting lost on it for hours per evening exploring all the different options available with it. There isn’t anything I need to workout that I can’t do with this machine. I am very happy with this purchase and feel like I stole it for the cost! I would absolutely buy this machine again!

Relatively nice home gym set, it isn't the greatest. For the money, I'd say it's about worth it.. but honestly if you aren't a gym rat. It may be better to just get a Gym membership so you have more access to all equipment. This is of course very limited in its scope, and it's intended for that.. but you have to kind of know how to workout for this purchase to make sense. And if your strong, you'll definitely have to buy more plates. Would I buy it again? I would, because you get what you purchase.

This is an absolutely beautiful machine. Some Highlights: It was easy to construct. The tools and parts are well packaged and easy to assemble. My favorite part is that the nuts and bolts were divided into sub sections per part of the construction process. This alone made me a diehard RItFit customer moving forward. It looks great. The weights have clean lines and functional bumpers. The bars are chrome with great gripping ability. The fully built machine is sturdy and doesn’t rattle. It looks like a professional grade piece of equipment. Arguably better than some gyms. It works great. Every piece works well. The cable and aluminum pulley system is smooth with no unnecessary friction points. It’s balanced and handles all levels of weight. Having a home gym has always been a dream of mine. RItFit made that dream real. Love this product, and will shout it from the rooftops for anyone interested in taking the leap.

I'm very happy with this product. I was pleasantly surprised when I started receiving boxes 5 days before the expected delivery date. Ran into a few issues with some of the boxes getting lost (mostly the heavier plates), but the seller was very responsive and expedited replacements to me. Even with those issues, I still received all items before the original expected delivery date. I saw several reviews about this product saying it took multiple hours to assemble. It took me longer to unpack the pieces and layout than it did to assemble. The parts box comes with the tools you need, but grab a cordless or rachet set and a second set of hands and you will blast through this assembly. Took me about 90 minutes start to finish with my 10 year old helping hold while I assembled. The most impressive part to me was the packaging of the nuts, bolts, and washers. Rather than the typical...all same bolt types shrink wrapped together, this product had all the pieces packaged by assembly step. Step 1, grab the step 1 parts and take off, etc. Make sure you look at the pictures as you are going.

Horrific! Waited for this to arrive with childlike anticipation. My wife and I planned out the whole day to spend putting it together and working out. When it arrived we were in total shock! First there was only one box. Note we bought the M1 Pro with all the packages/accessories and the 370lb Bumper Plates. None of the accessories, bench or even bumper plates were included!! We were going to say F it and just put in a notice that our pieces were missing and just build the rack in anticipation. Nope! Pieces to the rack were broken and it was impossible to build! There is no replacement policy as I’ve learned and now we have to send the whole thing back! And just live with the disappointment and utter regret that we chose this product instead of many others offered! Learned my lesson and hopefully you will learn from my mistake as well! Stay away!!!

To start off, I do like this weightlifting rack, however it's just been non stop issues with damage to the pieces. Large gouges, scratches etc. When you pay over $2300 for something you expect it to be in new condition. Customer service is responsive but expects you to determine the fact part you need replaced. Then the replacement parts are sometimes in worse shape then the origional. Some even have rust on them right out of thr box. There is just zero quality control. Some of the welds look like they were done by a 3 year old. This could be seriously dangerous if it fails while in use. I'd like to say you get what you pay for bit I've seen pretty bad welds on american made expensive products as well. Quality control does not exist anymore. If your not at all fussy and ok with a lot of damage then this is an ok product. Also the customer service will give you a lowball offer to just deal with the damage vs replacements or refund. I'm talking less than 2 percent refund. As far as anything good to day about the unit, I do like how it looks and it seems to function well at this time.

Exactly what I expected. The rack functions perfectly, the smith machine is just as smooth as high dollar options, the attachments are high quality. Very sturdy. Assembly was only a couple hours by myself, would have been faster with a second person. Only issue was everything arrived in over 10 shipments. The tracking was not provided for each, took a little over a week to get the entire package. Would certainly purchase again.

Would give it 5 stars but mine came with a piece missing. They said they would send it but never did. Gym is still a great quality item and worth it if you get all the parts
