Lots of complaints about these being hard, not malleable. Could some people be getting old product?

I normally buy these at Sam's and they are consistently soft. My dog loves the taste and starts begging when I rattle the bag to get one out. I was looking at Amazon to save a trip to Sam's. I am also worried about the number of complaints about hard, tasteless product.

These are way too hard! Any ideas on how to "soften" them up?

Hi ... below this I wrote a paragraph on the subject BUT now i just noticed its 'not' the exact same item. I chose VetIQ's 'MultiVitamin HealthSupport' - they r 'soft chews' n' come in quantity of 90/bag. These would b a much better choice for u. I've received 3-4 shipments a month apart n never ran into any issues. Perhaps with the 'PillTreats' u could try tossing a few in a coffee cup or large bowl with a spritz of water n break em up with a fork or try cuttin em in half or so with scissors. Possibly warming them a bit might also soften em up. But yes - my advice - I'd recommend giving the others a try - they're a great value at 90 per bag. My Malawolfs' 90lb n she's been on 2/day - 1 after early breakfast n 1 after 6pm dinner thou they recommend 3 for 100lb. (1 to20lb and 2 from that to 50lb). Hope this helps u out.

Works great, I couldn't be happier with this product. If your thinking of trying it I would highly advise you do especially at a fraction of the cost of the brand ink. Same exact quality, I wish I hadn't purchased so many brand cartridges over the years. Will definitely purchase again.

Had a lot of issues with my dog licking his paws. Friend told me to try a probiotic to help out since yeast infection was likely the cause and gut health can affect that. After the first week of these I noticed his paw licking decreased significantly. Stores near me don't keep this product in stock typically so I have it set up on subscribe and save here on Amazon and it's simple and easy.
