This is simply the best arnica-based product I've ever used. It's cold when first applied but absorbs quickly (unlike arnica cream), doesn't stain and doesn't leave any sticky film. Don't be tempted to slap loads on, start with a thin layer, don't rub it but let it absorb, then if necessary add another thin layer. I use it for a medical condition that causes muscle pain in the legs, and also for arthritis resulting from an old car accident injury. It takes effect within minutes and can be applied as often as needed. However it really came into its own recently when I twisted the collateral muscles in one knee and badly bruised the other. I slapped this on both knees as soon as I got home; on the bruised knee it was too late to stop the bruising, but it did reduce and then clear the bruising quite quickly. With the other knee, the injury healed in half the time that the doctor had told me to expect which had the added bonus of getting off the painkillers much quicker! A must for the first aid cabinet for any knocks, bruises, muscle pains and strains and arthritis and suitable for all ages, even toddlers.

I like this because it has natural ingredients and cools my skin.

I usually buy from qvc and have bought this for 25 plus years. The best arnica gel and it works. I remember once my son fell off his bike and he had a giant bruise on his forehead. I put arnica quickly and it went down after many applications. You do need to keep applying and not put on broken skin. I've tried other brands but sbc is the best one that works. I always have some in my home. It also works for aches and pains. Worth every penny as it lasts ages.

Excellent stuff, never heard of it before, recommended by a friend, used it after I had my cast taken off, helped with bruising and swelling, don’t use on open wounds

This works on my 76 year old aching shoulder and athritic wrist. not sure that it has the same effect on every body type, but iI am using it instead of ibuprofen gel, I understand it doesn't have the detrimental effect that goes with ibuprofen.

Use this all the time recommended to friends family they all now use it such a great product all natural and very easy to use

Compro questa marca di arnica ormai da diversi anni e la considero la migliore in assoluto, non solo per la qualità, ma anche per il prezzo. L'arnica è da sempre costosa, ma questi formati SBC pensati per le spa sono super convenienti e introvabili altrove. Sono felice di averla ritrovata nel dispenser da 1l e la consiglio a tutti quelli che come me non possono fare a meno di averla in dispensa. Vi renderete conto della differenza del prodotto, appena lo avrete tra le mani.

No deja la piel grasa y de textura agradable. Yo lo uso junto la Manteca de Karite para las manchas de la piel y va bastante bien para eso.
