Ok. First day, Sunday, took 1 in the morning. Still fell asleep during church and dreamed about Jesus. So that was nice.Second day, Monday, is anyone ever ready for Monday? I knew I wouldn't be so I took 2 and started my day and oh my word! It's almost 11 and I feel like I should be way more tired cuz I usually am just a dead zombie all morning but I've got energy! It's weird and nice.I've also been fighting a cold, so I'm dosing up on vitamin C every day but not more than 1500-2000mg a day and it's only been like 2 days now since I started that too.Maybe it's a combination of bothOr not but I feel like this is helping a lot. It almost feels like a replacement for methylcare, which is way more expensive and honestly I didn't get the same results at all when I was taking it. That was one of those, it's probably helping, kind of vitamins.But I feel like this one is helping right away!!Buy it!Buy it now!! Energy booster. I didn’t even know this was supposed to give me energy until I read the reviews just now. I’ve been taking one a day (didn’t read the instructions) for neuropathy pain for over a month. I went from napping every day to no longer needing a nap. I also started a multivitamin at the same time, so it could be both working together. I’m 50 and I’ve been a napper my entire life. It has also helped my neuropathy pain a little bit. I take extra b-12 and alpha lipoic acid as well.

I was very happy to find this specific formulation because it contains the right vitamins/nutrients I was searching for based on a recent study which I read, suggesting that taking certain vitamins/nutrients may halt glaucoma progression. Also, the specific forms noted in the study of each of the B vitamins are in this product. So far I take one capsule per day and no stomach issues. Two nice unexpected benefits are that I sleep better (I take the vitamins after supper) and my tinnitus has decreased. Dayone of taking this, only 1 a day. I feel an intense boost of energy. My body feels good and my mood is so positive. I’m thinking about everything in a positive lighthearted way, which is tough for me regularly so this is a great capsule. Definitely recommend.

Took for month, so far not sure if I have taken it long enough to give a fair revue. Will try again and see if there is any noticeable difference other and it definitely make my urine resemble Mountain Dew

I've been taking this B-12 vitamin for a few months now and can genuinely feel a difference. I have more energy throughout the day, especially in the afternoons when I usually hit a slump.
