Things are expensive these days. If you are able it helps to do your comparisoon shopping to get decent prices and buy inbulk if the item yiu use constantly. These cups are great and same quality that can be bought at a brick and mortar store. The only difference is these are less expensive and you can purchase in bulk. The cups are strong and lasting. Durability - if you squeeze a cup a lot, it will crack eventually, but why would you expend that effort? Ease of use - just fill it and drink. If you rinse it right afterward, you can use it again. (I usually forget, though) I don't use them for drinks with ice, but for milk and other refrigerated drinks they're great and don't have to be washed. Saves a lot of room in the dishwasher. One note: Cats can knock them over, especially when they are getting lose to empty. They are also easier to knock over than glasses, but then, I'm a klutz. All in all, VERY satisfied.
