Good Device, But Battery Life Fell Short
Overall, this device mostly lived up to my expectations. The screen and body arrived in excellent condition—no scratches, dents, or functional issues, which I appreciate. However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93–94%. I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller. Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special “Amazon Renewed” box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot. I understand that Amazon defines “excellent condition” as a battery life of over 80%, but I believe that standard is too low. For a product marketed as excellent, the battery should be at least 90%.

Very Disappointing Experience, Not Recommended
The phone itself is a great device, but the unit I received was clearly not in the condition it was supposed to be. It had a visible dent on the frame, and overall it did not look like an “excellent” or “like new” product at all. The battery was completely drained, and the general cosmetic condition was disappointing. Because of this, I had to return it. Make sure to carefully check the condition when you receive yours.

Phenomenal Phone/Poor Battery %
The phone is amazing, and in brand new condition. However, the battery is at 81% and I am not happy about that as I ordered it in “Excellent” condition, and I would expect between 95-100% but I have to now replace the battery as I do not want to send the phone back, and get another poor battery percentage. The seller is great otherwise, super fast shipping, no scratches, unlocked as stated, in beautiful condition and in phenomenal condition otherwise.

Good Physical Quality, Battery Quality Lackign
It came physically in amazing quality; looks almost brand new minus a few light scratches. However, the battery life arrived at the bare minimum required for the "Renewed" label and within a month has already fallen bellow that level meaning a battery replacement is soon required. Even with that cost it's still a decent deal. So if you want to gamble, Renewed is for you.

Not in condition as advertised.
Ordered in excellent condition expecting the best because of positive reviews. Phone arrived quick however there are scratches literally all around the edge of the screen and around all the cameras. Battery was at 83, expected at LEAST a 90-95 because so many reviews said it was at 100 for them and i was okay with maybe a little less. There was also a permanent mark left on the back of the phone from a magsafe charger and i use clear cases so it makes a big difference for me. Im planning on using this phone for long term so i wouldve appreciated if i wouldve actually gotten an excellent condition phone because this was not it. I wouldnt have paid a dime for this if i knew it would be like this. Other than that, the phone functions alright but i got less than what i paid for. Returning.

Excellent Condition Iphone 14 Pro - Good buy.
I ordered the Excellent Condition Iphone 14 PRO. Arrived in 2 days and no damage to the box and it was packaged well. The phone itself looks like new. No scratches, nicks, or anything. Had about 50% battery power when starting it up. The only negative IMO is that it only has 84% battery health. I would have thought for "Excellent" Condition, it would have 85-90 %. But I think it will last me a year or so and if it's still working, I'll have another battery installed by Apple.

PLEASE read before buying!
This was one of my stupidest purchases i’ve made in my adult life. I needed to get a new phone in a pinch and spent $400 on this one in “excellent” condition. They sent it to me at 0% battery so I had to sit and wait for it to charge before I could even inspect the quality of it. Minor scratches on the phone itself but the camera and screen were fine. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!! The screen stopped responding 30 minutes out of the box randomly. I couldn’t do anything to it and had to force restart it 3 times and then it worked off and on. Mostly off. Mind you, I just got this delivered the day before i’m writing this. THEN, I noticed that as I kept it on the charger it wouldn’t charge above 50% (if you see the photo I attached you can see it says 60% but that was the only time it went that high and then immediately dropped). I took it off the charger and the battery would drop 1-3% within minutes of simply being off the charger. They definitely replaced the battery with a non-apple battery and so the battery life doesn’t accurately tell you what the max capacity could be. My guess is 50%. Again… I paid $400. Anyway the only good thing was that I took the phone to t-mobile and they were able to accept it as a trade in for $600 of the new iphone so now I have the 17p max and just had to add a line to my plan I already had. They also replaced the screen according to the guy at t-mobile who took one look at it and said he could tell immediately. Please don’t buy from this seller they sell terrivle phones that won’t last you even 6 months. Mine wasn’t even gonna last 1 day

Nothing to ride home about
For excellent refurbished the battery life was 81%. Minor wear on the housing but neither major. The phone functions well so far. Backmarket offers better housing and battery life quality for similar prices in my opinion.

I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Pro and I’m very satisfied. It’s working great exactly as described. The phone is fast, the display is sharp, the battery backup is good, and the camera is amazing. Overall, a great purchase — I highly recommend it.

I don't do reviews, however I thought it was important for anyone buying a refurnished iphone. Had 3 tiny marks along the edges, which is covered by the case and no other issues. Am really happy with the phone. No issues at all.
