My hair is a little bit frizzy so it is difficult to get them under control. This straightener does exactly what it should do. I love the LED temperature display on the side so I can set different temperatures very easily with simply pressing a button. It was heated up extremely fast so it does save lots of time for taking care of my hair. The outside would stay cool. The size of the plate is so perfect that the work would be done very effectively. After several minutes, my frizzy hair became silky smooth and shiny by using this amazing straightener. Thanks to this hair straightener, I got rid of my frizz in just several minutes at home. The most amazing part is that this product having different kinds of plates with it. They are interchangeable so it is more like buying 4 different kinds of hair styles tool in one box. Without saying, I definitely get my money worth. It is incredible that I can take all of them when I am traveling. It even has comb design with the wave plate.

This is a great crimper that also happens to have straightening plates as well! Very easy to use, even for someone who has never used one before. Works great on wigs and on hair. Seems to be quite well made. Got this primarily to use of wigs, to go with costumes, and it seems as if it will be perfect. Easy to use, easy to transport and easy to store!

I almost gave this a 4 only because the plates are not very secure. It works great, I love the gloves, great addition cuz I like to grab the hot top and press harder with my hands. It heats up great, works great, quality is worth the price for sure. The heat resistant gloves r so great. Fast and efficient.

I got this after a friend of mine showed me how she uses a crimping iron to give her super fine hair volume. I was skeptical and worried that I'd have crimped hair and look like I was back in the 80's. LOL! But her hair looks so great and smooth that I figured I'd give it a try. Since there are free returns there was nothing to lose. Oh my did it work!! My hair actually keeps the volume all day long without me having to use a ton of products. In order for me to not have the crimped hair look, I split my hair into 3 layers. I move the top 2 layers of hair out of the way and use the S-wave plate at the roots of the bottom layer of hair. I only crimp about half of the strand. I then go to the 2nd layer and do the same thing. Then I put the flat iron plate back on and straighten the top layer and the halves of the other layers that did not get crimped. Wait a minute or two for the hair to cool and then comb it out. Depending on your hair, you will most likely have to play around with it to find out what works best for you. I like that there's a range of temperatures to choose from. One thing to be aware of is the temperatures on the unit are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. The numbers on the unit go from 160°Celsius (low)-220°Celsius (high), which correlates to 320°Fahrenheit (low)-430°Fahrenheit (high). That threw me for a loop at first. The plates are easy to put on an off. It includes a glove, which is great for when you need to change the plates in the middle of styling your hair. Just make sure you have something to put your hot plates on when you take them out of the iron, so you don't damage your countertop. I'm extremely happy with this crimping iron and the price is great too!

really great crimper but handle broke after a few months of use 💔 couldn’t tell if it was user error (being to rough with it) or if it was due to plastic quality.

Gets super hot really quick and is very easy to use! Most other comparable products are only able to do very small thin pieces of hair at at time, but not this one does a great job and last all day! Also I Love that it has auto shut off as I've got a tendency to leave my items on by accident. I bought this with intended as being used randomly 2-4 times a year, but now it's my everyday tool, replacing one that I paid over $100 for. Now that one is the spair one i use for back up or when I travel.

I use this crimper for helping style wigs for cosplay. I’ve used it for ages now, and have recommended it to almost all of my friends by now, I know at least 3 of them ended up getting their own after borrowing mine! This just does wonders for achieving volume in any wig, allowing for endless crazy style options. Crimping the wig and then brushing it out achieves the big poofy look, which can be decreased and returned to almost flat again if you flat iron it afterwards. I’m a pretty clumsy person when it comes to making things or working on things, but I’ve yet to burn myself with this even once. (Not that it isn't a risk, I know a friend has burnt themselves with it, but it’s never been a mishap with me) I absolutely love that it has a variety of size options for the crimping as well! I usually use the smallest or second smallest option to achieve most of the looks I go for. The smaller the crimp, the greater the volume. Anyways if you’re a cosplayer looking for a great and inexpensive crimper, this is your product for sure. I swear by this crimper lol.

Product works absolutely fine. My only problem is the shell is hard to slide off when I want to change the plates. Having worked in injection moulding, I just took my fine grit glass file after I finally slid off the shell that holds the plate in place and filed the side of the main thing a bit (there's a little nubbin that provides the friction to hold the shell in place) and now it has just enough grip where I can easily slide off the shell but it still securely holds the plates in place. I do NOT recommend you do what I do unless you know what you're doing.

So far it's great, I only tried it for a few minutes and it worked nicely! The only negative which has nothing to do with the seller is, on my account for shipping it said 'handed to resident'. That was a lie. Both my husband and I were out of town, but saw on our security camera the man just dropped it on our porch and left . That was ridiculously careless.

La verdad se ve bonita la plancha trae las 4 placas, pero lamentablemente no calentó mi plancha, eso me puso triste ya que la esperaba, con ansias 😞 Ojalá que me la puedan cambiar o darme mi reembolso.

I love this product so much. It's high quality, fast shipping and WORK VERY WELL. I couldn't find anywhere in Canada. I'm so lucky to find this on Amazon. From now on, I'm not worry about how to make my hair has volume. This hair crimper iron helps me release this problem so much. Highly recommend to everyone who likes to have the hair volume.

I've only used one of the four plates so far, but it worked incredibly well; my hair was huge! The iron gets hot quite quickly, so I appreciated the glove that came with it. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because it came with no directions and I couldn't figure out how to change the plates right away (it's not that obvious), so I was late getting ready.
