Quality, sound are good but not comfortable for ears and getting earpains while hearing for long time

It is a genuine request to whoever is reading this review pls do not buy this product. The first time I brought this the piece was defective and then when I got it replaced it was working fine for a mont at most and then it started giving problems. Most of the time it does not connect or one side does not work . and sometime it connects to the phone but does not give audio. It is an absolute wast of money. Pls do not see the cost and buy something that is good even if it costs you a bit more than your budget.
