I recently installed this direct replacement blower for my workshop’s DIY air cleaner —and it has been a game-changer. From the moment I powered it up, I could tell the difference. ELECTRIC MOTOR WAREHOUSE Blower I have a LENNOX FURNACE which has the noisiest blower you have ever heard. LENNOX did not do a good job when putting that blower on the furnace. Think the sound of driving down the super highway at 70 mph with the windows open, that is what the LENNOX FURNACE blower sounds like. When it comes on the house is filled with the roar of a hurricane. The blower has failed (motor) every 3 to 4 years and has to be replaced. VERY EXPENSIVE and the HVAC company does not like me to install the motor myself, they only charge $100 just to come to the house to look at furnace. Really? Well the roaring blower failed again. Not a surprise folks. 3 failures is more than enough, I was NOT going to replace again. 3 times is crazy. So I found this blower. I checked the CFM's and blower size and decided this would work for my purposes. It arrived packed well, no damage. I made a plate to adapt the blower to my LENNOX furnace, attached the blower to the furnace and connected the wires. IT"S SO QUIET!!! NO MORE ROAR OF THE BLOWER. This is a smooth running cage blower. It is very quiet compared to the old Hurricane sounding blower. LENNOX messed up really bad on this one.. The Blower LENNOX put on this furnace is totally unacceptable. NOW I hear the thermostat click on, the blower starts up and I hear a very low, mild sound from the furnace with quiet air flow cycling on and off with the thermostat as needed. PERFECT. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS YEARS AGO!! Should you be looking for a furnace blower, check your CFM's on the blowr you have. you want to match that number or be close. Also consider the current the motor uses to run. This one is very low current. Also be aware that if you are RETRO FITTING a blower on your furnace, you may need to make an adaptor so it can attach to the furnace. I had it done in a day. Exact replacement, didn't realize old ones were that noisy til I put these in, also moves a lot more air than old ones

Yupper! It works perfectly and blows enough air through my heat exchanger to warm up SWMBO's She-Shed making her happy!

Not much to say about fan. I bought it for a different use than installing in an air handler, but it works great and is quiet enough for my application.

So far so good. Very powerful for such a small unit. Love it!
