The laptop looked like brand new hardware!
Laptop is everything I had expected. No dents or scratches. Clear display. Clean keyboard. Everything I have tried has just worked. A nice touch was that the firmware had been updated. Activation of Win 11 went smoothly though there were quite a few Windows updates. Looks like a new PC. reviveIT did a nice job and I thought the price was reasonable.

Refurbished, but I don't believe they fixed whatever caused it to be returned. It turned on ok, but nothing worked & it kept crashing.

Excellent Investment for ME so far – Smooth, Affordable, and Reliable
As a student, purchasing the Dell Precision 3551 was one of the best decisions I’ve made! This laptop is smooth, affordable, and feels like a brand-new device despite its value-friendly price. Its performance has surpassed other laptops I’ve used in the past, handling my academic and personal tasks seamlessly. The build quality is impressive, and it’s perfect for everything from multitasking to running demanding software. It’s truly a great investment for anyone looking for a powerful yet budget-friendly machine. That said, the only drawback I’ve encountered is the fan noise. Occasionally, it gets unexpectedly loud even when I’m not running heavy tasks. While it’s not a dealbreaker for me, it’s worth noting if quiet operation is essential for you. Overall, this laptop has been a fantastic addition to my setup, and I highly recommend it!

Very prompt replacement
First unit keyboard had more than a few keys that were worn out, made the laptop almost unusable. Ordered a replacement thru Amazon and it was delivered in two days. The replacement unit is flawless. Judging from the key pad it looks like its never been used.

quite pleased.
It has a PCIe ssd, not a SATA, but there is space-I didn't have the cable, so I bought and installed 1tb PCIe. Otherwise, the unit looks and functions as new, battery lasts a long time. Good value

Not in "excellent" condition
Keyboard doesn't even work. And the battery lasted an hour.
