The media could not be loaded. The ideal joystick for playing retro arcade games on your computer.

It worked for about 2 weeks, and then it stopped. I thought it was the batteries, so I bought new ones. The battery compartment started to heat up even when the controller was disconnected.

Purchased this as an alternative to a $40 receiver with the intention of using the receiver for an Xbox 360 wireless rock band guitar for clone hero.The controller with the purchase worked as described and paired instantly. No complaints with that. I question how the communication is being handled. In troubleshooting I found that the Product/hardware ID is 028E which is for a wired Xbox controller. I messed with drivers for a few hours and all the YouTube tutorials you can ask for I could not get windows to treat the receiver as a receiver. I could get nothing besides the controller it came with to connect and successfully pair. It just acted as if I plugged a usb Xbox 360 controller into my pc. I gave up and bought a used Microsoft branded dongle on EBay. Sooo if you’re trying to play clone hero, this isn’t the one for you.If you want a cool looking controller that pairs with the provided dongle for just one person. Solid cheap option.
