I own the Eagle Creek compression cubes and they have a handle for easy transport in and out of luggage. Does these have handles?

No handles. There is a red tag that could be used to lift the end out to get a hold. These are much bigger and thicker fabric than Eagle Creek. They also open all the way. These are great for large items like pants and shirts.

Hi can these fit in a carry on suitcase?

Yes, they fit perfectly in a regular carry on suitcase. If you go to the brand, they just launched a 6 piece set with a smaller packing cube that is very helpful for carry on's.
