I received the sea moss looking it's rotten also dry of sea moss on side also the storage looks so bad!!! It should be returned

اول شي الله لا يسامحهم ولا بدرهم تاني شي لمنتج الجاني عليه شي اسود كأنه شحم حق سيارات ونص لعلبة مخلصه وماكان ع وجه لعلبة غطااء وارسلهم واتصل ولا حدا يرد وفي ب ايهروب نفسه ونفس شركة وارخص عنهم ولا حدا يطلب من عندهم وبتمنى يردون على لانو والله لمنتج كله رميته وريحته غايس

it reached contaminated the lid has brown stuff and it smelled and tasted badly . i tried to return it it was not allowed i talked to amazone and they said they will refund but they didnt horrible experience very bad

Please do not buy this. It came spoiled and molded. They won’t accept returns so you’re stuck with a product that belongs in the trash. So disappointed as Its not a cheap product. Will never purchase from them again.

The product tastes super good and customer service was kind enough to send me another jar when mine broke in the mail!

Its truly helped. Its gotten me back to regular bathroom visits in the morning. It reall has helped, thats all i know. And i definitely have more energy. Pricey. Im on disability and i hate the price but it IS worth it. Give it time, it doesnt work overnight, but i promise youll see results. Took me about 3 weeks.

I can only speak for myself, I have tried a few brands and True Sea Miss is hands down the best brand I have come across. The texture, the taste and the customer service. I have tried the Mango, Mango Pineapple, Pineapple, Soursop, Ashwaganda, Strawberry, Apple cinnamon, Spirulina Rasberry, Passion Fruit, Cherry, and the new Peach Pear. As you can see, I love the variety of flavors and my take is there is something for everyone. I love some more than others and my favorite is on the more sweet side so my favorites are the Mango Pineapple, Pineapple, peach Pear and Mango. The texture is more smooth than grainy. And this product has helped me bring down my A1c, lose weight and improve my labs as a whole. So, in closing, True Sea Moss has a loyal customer and I am definitely waiting for the next wonderful flavor you create!! Keep up the Awesome job!!! And again Thank you for this wonderful product!. I initially bought one jar, loved it so much that I decided to buy the 5 pack which took about a week to get it shipped, which was totally fine, and they were communicative. They included some gummies which I was a pleasantly surprised. It will definitely come in handy for when I am traveling, I will be buying more from this seller.
