Comes with social media apps installed
There is no mention on the manufacturer's website or the amazon website that this phone comes with Facebook and x pre installed. It is marketed as a simple phone, which is why I bought it for my child because he is too young for a smartphone and social media.

Unsatisfied with my delivery
I received my exactly delivery but am not happy with the item the sim slots are too small only nano as expected micro simcard slots atleast, the buttons looks so loosen.

Requesting Return Due to Quality Concerns
Review after 5 Days of Use: The battery performance has been below expectations, with noticeably fast drainage during regular use. Additionally, the keypad quality feels subpar and lacks the durability and tactile feedback typically associated with brands like Nokia. Overall, I am not satisfied with the device's performance and build quality. I would appreciate the opportunity to return the product, should it be possible.
