Wonderfully surprised
I bought this Fosi amp as a gift. A friend of mine recently moved into a new flat and I wanted her to have a quality audio setup. I found a great deal for a pair of Celestion SL6 passive speakers (100w) on eBay - they were high end, audiophile level bookshelf speakers back in 80s, which look cool too. I just needed to find an amp to power them (on a budget). Had to be easy to use, connect to her phone and TV, small, and ‘pretty’ enough for her to consider keeping in her living room - she’s not really into her tech and was nervous when I told her I was getting her speakers. Have to say I was a little nervous too. I’m used to spending large amounts on audio gear, and I had no idea what to expect from this 50w, £50 amp. Would it power the speakers and how would they sound? Well, I shouldn’t have worried. The moment music came through we both had an enormous smile on our faces. She couldn’t believe the difference, and how good audio can sound compared to what she had before. The amp is plenty powerful, max volume is too loud for her flat. The bass is rich and delicious, and the separation is miles better than anything I was expecting. Such a pleasant surprise. Obviously the speakers would sound better still with a high-end amp, but we’re talking marginal gains. With a nice pair of passive speakers this amp offers you an order of magnitude better sound than your typical active speaker set up (sound bar, sonos etc). Excellent value.

What a great piece of kit!
Like many others, I was skeptical at first—there's no way this tiny unit could deliver good sound or have enough power to drive floor-standing speakers, right? Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong! I bought this to replace an old, bulky multi-channel amp that had finally given up after years of service in my son's setup. We wanted something smaller, more efficient, and after plenty of research (and a bit of bravery), I decided to give this a shot. When it arrived, we set it up, connected everything, and placed it neatly under his monitor. The results? Absolutely incredible. The sound is rich and well-balanced, with deep, punchy bass and crisp, clear highs. Even with floor-standing speakers, this little amp delivers serious power! To top it off, the Bluetooth works flawlessly, making it even more versatile. For the size and price, this is hands down one of the best audio purchases I’ve made. Highly recommended!

Compact but powerful.
Superb, I had an old stereo in the kitchen with a Bluetooth module plugged in and it broke, so I kept the speakers from it and got this Bluetooth amplifier, totally fantastic, so compact yet powerful, thundering bass and crisp treble, I'm going to try this on my 15" three way stage speakers I reckon it will sound awesome. More than pleased with it, it's really good, thank you.

Excellent little bluetooth amp
I needed a solution to the growing number of Bluetooth devices in my household, my computer, phone, tablet, and even the turntable all support the functionality, and sadly my amp of 20 years while still excellent, has zero Bluetooth functionality! I didn't want to pay the earth for a new Amp so I opted for one of the mini Bluetooth amps, this one is highly rated and I can see why. All devices connected perfectly and quickly, and the sound is excellent for my needs working from home with radio, video, music, or doing a bit of mixing music, the bass and treble knobs will provide you with more than enough of both, thumping warm bass and crispy treble, the clarity is quite good. There is one sole additional AUX input, which is a 3.5m jack input and I have not tried this as I'm likely only going to need the Bluetooth functionality. The amp does provide enough volume but I can see how it could not power anything bigger than bookshelf speakers, my speakers which are now vintage Mordaunt Short Avant 902i feel powered and driven enough. For £59 I am very pleased.

Great little amplifier.
This little amplifier is a great starter for those wanting a budget hifi setup, it's not and never will be a audiophile amp but for the price it holds its own. Add a decent pair of passive (un-powered) speakers and you are away, Bluetooth music sounds crisp and clear, the 3.5mm mini jack on the rear let's you connect via a cable. The down side of the amp is it's compactness the connectors for speakers are close together and a bit fiddley and the rear mini audio input jack inconvenient, there's no headphone socket. To summarize great little amp for a small system with good but basic connectabilty with some fiddley connections for speakers and good Bluetooth all making it ideal for a bedroom or office application.

Pleasantly surprised.
I wanted to create a budget friendly Hi-fi setup for my dining room. I got hold of some nice 120watt 6ohm Denon speakers from Facebook Marketplace for a few quid. Once hooked up to this I have to admit I am impressed. This tiny amp drives these speakers with plenty off room left for volumes I'd only dare go to in my younger years. The sound is rich and warm (though of course milage with vary depending what you hook up to). As I type this I am streaming sounds of the 70's from radio 2 app on my phone via Bluetooth and I couldn't ask for a better Hi-fi sound. The range is great, the sound stage is great and the power is more than enough. I also have an amazon basic vertical CD player hooked up and these sound wonderful too. My wife was skeptical at first "but we have a Google thing". Yeah, no... There is no match for real Hi-fi and I am very happy to report this is as real as it gets. I have a dedicated Denon amp and setup in the other room but I think I actually prefer my new setup which cost a quarter of the price! I hope it lasts but I have no reason to believe not. The amp is small but feels quality with an all metal construction. I hope to be using this for many years to come. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Fossi audio to anyone.

We used this great little box to replace a broken home stereo. Works perfect for what we needed. Pros: The sound is perfect for streaming movies, podcasts, talk radio, and background music. The blue tooth connection is nice so any of us can connect to it from our devices. Having treble and bass settings gives us the sound we want to hear. The connectors at the back handle bare wires easily. No need to get special connectors. Cons: The blue tooth connection is automatic. It means that if we want to play a movie from the computer which is direct connected, we have to all turn off blue tooth from our devices. I don't think this device is for anyone who wants to really play quality music at any decent volume. E.g. my daughter plays the Attack on Titan theme songs a lot, which is like playing 2 symphonies and Rush at the same time, and with so much going on, the music becomes indecipherable. It could be my speakers, but there was nothing I could to make the music sound crisp. Other reviews might help to straighten this out. I wish I didn't buy special connectors. :-/

sounds decent, and small foot print / digital switching power supply are environmentally friendly alternative to heavy material use EI core type transformers. Reduce materials, reduced cost -> savings passed along. have not tested but I would say up to 30w is decent audio quality. Meaning they can drive bookshelf / 88db+ to fairly loud levels. EDIT: did side by side comparison to a class A/B amplifier (basically 99% of AVRs are class A/B) and this thing sounds TERRIBLE. Am thinking it is even mucking up the actual frequency it's supposed to be amplifying. While that was using BT, my Soundcore Boom absolutely smashes this thing in terms of clarity (which says allot lol) AND volume. imo fair value is may 40$ and that's for the power supply and neat little case the amp is in....the rest is garbage. Also it does not even have speaker protection when powered while turned on. Volume is analog and doubles as power switch. One time power went out, and when it came back on there was a terrible POP...thankfully speakers were ok, but still such DC voltage spikes can easily destroy tweeters. I would be shy connecting expensive / rare speakers to it. I don't think there is any DC speaker protect relays. Would be afraid of square waves / clipping in event of failure. NOTE: Pay mind to NOT having the unit's power switch in ON position with speakers connected and then plugging it in. There is no speaker relay, so there is DC / square wave hitting the speakers as power supply "settles". Just think of the manual power switch / volume knob as the speaker protect relay / switch lol Keep it OFF when plugging in the unit IF speakers are connected.

Great little amp, big sound! Tone controls work great. Volume/pwr on-off knob is smooth. Pairing is easy. It does run warm to the touch so I cut the outlet power via light switch control when not in use (this is just me being cautious). So far I have about 3-4 hours of constant listening of the unit and zero issues. This is installed in my work shop and it's a great addition. I do follow the power off procedure of... 1) Volume knob counter clockwise to "OFF" 2) light switch to "OFF" position. I have had zero issues with audible power surge "pop" to speakers with this method. Also, I have had zero issues with pairing or unpairing of my "iPhone" to this amp. Very satisfied :)
