ScreenForce UltraGlass 2 iPhone 16 Pro Max Screen Protector, scratch-resistant, 9H hardness tested glass, slim design, with bubble-free application, full screen coverage for iPhone 16 Pro Max

First of all I don’t normally write reviews, I haven’t been sponsored or paid for this review unlike many other reviews. I am purely writing this for those who struggle to find a screen protector and very nitpicky like me. I’ve been trying to find a screen protector for my iPhone 16 pro max that caters for the smaller bezels, is very crisp and clear and does not have black borders or rainbow effect on the edges I have tried one from Spigen which gave a rainbow effect on the edges, same as ESR and Tocol had black border around the edges which makes the smaller bezels pointless and I had sensitivity issues when tapping the screen . Screen didn’t respond as well as it should. I was considering using it without a screen protector. I came across a video on YouTube of someone getting the Belkin ultraglass2 fitted to their iPhone from the Apple Store and they said it ticks the boxes, so I thought I will give it a go otherwise I am just going to live without a screen protector Let me tell you the screen protector fits perfectly and covers beyond the new bezels so you don’t get a rainbow effect on the edges. It also feels so natural it feels like I’m touching the phone without the screen protector on. Also the screen protector is so clear and crisp it looks even better than it did without and the screen protector is Matte so u don’t get a lot of reflections. Also oleophobic is superb, there are hardly any fingerprints left behind on the screen at all I’m very impressed. My wife thinks it’s bonkers I bought a screen protector for £25 but if you are a perfectionist then small things matter and this is ticking boxes that all other screen protectors I returned did not. Belkin worked with apple to make this which is why they sell it in stores for £35. Ignore some of the other reviews because they originally put me off and I skipped this only to come back to it after seeing the YouTube video. To summarize: very crisp and sharp. Feels like I’m looking at my screen in 4k sharpness. (taking pictures won’t do it justice) Covers all the screen catering for the new smaller bezels No rainbow effect No reflections or fingerprints left behind No sensitivity issues, feels like I don’t even have it on I wanted to post this review to help others who are struggling to find a good screen protector for the 16 pro max. I used to use Spigen but this is way sharper and clearer. You get what you pay for and after a week of frustration with different brands I’m happy with the protection and u get 2 years warranty if it cracked Update edit May 2025: I have been using this for over 6 months now and it still has no scratches and looks flawless. With the case on the phone it does not look like I have a screen protector on at all and it’s so clear, again it feels like the phones own screen and not a protector on top. Would I buy it again? Yes for sure it is worth the money. Update edit July 2025: screen protector still solid. Oleophobic coating holding up really well. Can’t see any scratches on it. Looks brand new and still extremely crisp. I’m very impressed and if this ever needs replacing I’m definitely only ever going to use this. When I get a new iPhone at the end of my contract I will be looking to get the same one for the new model

This screen protector is impossible to install without bubbles. I’ve put loads of screen protectors on for myself and my family but I’ve never seen one like this. I watched the video and read the instructions carefully to make sure I did it correctly but to no avail, bubbles all over the screen. The protector is also a bit small compared to the Speigen one I took off, thankfully I had one more Speigen one left in the box so I’ve put it on, so much easier to fit and not a bubble in sight. Not worth the expensive price tag.

Best screen protector ever but a little pricey

Great Product, great price and works as it should

Although easy to install, I removed it instantly because there were so many tiny bubbles underneath it. I followed the instructions to a ‘t’ and cleaned the screen and used the sticker to remove other fine dust particles, but as soon as the back film is removed it generated static and trapped dust under the screen protector. Avoid.

The video showing how to install the screen protector did not match what was in the box. So I had to install the screen protector free hand. Still have some bubbles that I hope will go. The screen saver was about £10 cheaper than through Apple direct. I am happy with the screen protector it has previously saved my phone. So I will when needed buy this screen protector again.

Initially worried that small air bubbles would not move. But after a couple of hours all gone. Instructions and installation case clear and concise.

This is the one that Apple sell in their shops but it's cheaper on here, good quality and well made that looks like it will do the job of protecting my screen. Installation is ok, I'm terrible at putting these things on but so long as you watch the video it's actually quite easy, the toughest part is making sure there's no dust on your screen as it quickly settles. Unlike other brands where there installation tray includes a dust rip off this does not so make sure it is clean and dust free as possible. Managed to install it, had some bubbles which I've gotten rid off although there is still 1 annoying one at the edge that won't go away! Bearing in mind this is the official Apple product effectively I'm a bit unsure about the touch sensitivity as it's lost some since putting it on. It is noticeable on occasion but noticeably more in the corners rather than the middle of the screen where there's no problems. One other thing is that the Ultraglass 2 only includes the 1 screen protector for the £25 so if you mess it up you've thrown your money down the drain.

Honnêtement très déçu de ce produit pour mon nouveau 16 pro max! Pleins de bulles d’air qui ne s’en vont pas. J’avais un 12pro max dont j’ai changé le film plusieurs fois sans aucuns soucis ni bulles. La pour le prix c’est vraiment de l’arnaque. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Depuis quelques années pour tous mes iPhone, j’utilise toujours ce type de protection. Convient parfaitement à mon téléphone. Facile à installer, dommage pour le délai Amazon, trop long. Même produit sur Apple store plus cher il est vrai, mais livré le lendemain.

I've applied a lot of different screen protectors over the years and the modern application systems have made the process pretty painless and foolproof. The applicator on these does not actually work to align and prevent trapped air. It's fairly obvious why as well, they're using a single sticker as a hinge with entirely too much distance between the two surfaces. This allows for way too much freedom of movement. They've also not done much of anything in the applicator to help control when and where the glue touches down and force starts to be applied, so you most likely will get bubbles and will need to just hope that you can push them out.
