I bought there cause I was have hormonal acne on my chin and neck out of no were. Super depressing and annoying. I never had this issues so I did not understand. Then I started to look it up and I found out what it was. I purchased these and within a week I noticed my acne going alway Now it wasn’t severe but there were some . I was beginning my third bottle this morning, and after opening it, they were all stuck together. :-( I had to take my finger in there and pry pretty hard to get them apart. They must have gotten hot but it's March in PA so I'm not sure where that would have happened or what might have caused the issue. I held the bottle sideways, and in the picture you can see most of them are sticking to one side of the bottle. Then...I just happened to count them when putting them back in the jar, and there were only 27 capsules, not 30. That's very disappointing. They're not cheap. I went back through and looked at when I ordered my first bottle until now, and counted 60 days for the bottles on my calendar, and the numbers of where I should be starting this new bottle are definitely off. I shouldn't be needing to start a new bottle today. :-( So now I feel I will have to count the capsules in each bottle because I don't feel that I can't trust that there are actually 30 in there, and if it continues with my next bottle, then I won't be purchasing these again, sadly. As far as how I feel on them, I want to say that after my first bottle I felt like my waist slimmed down maybe an inch that first month so the bloating helped, but now that I've been on them for 2 months, I feel like I'm back at where I started. I do love the citrus scent, however. I don't mind that at all.
