Really good stuff, I've tried loads and they've burnt or caused more irritation, but this is sooo soothing and I don't get sinusitis half as much now since using this

Amazing product, it really helps with dry nose best product I have used for this!

Provided immediate relief for dry nostrils due to medication I’m taking. Seems a bit more effective than plain saline spray as it has sodium hyaluronate and aloe gel added. Some thoughts to consider: You are advised to use 2-4 pumps per side for each treatment and to repeat 3-4 times a day. I measured each 4-pump dose at 1.0g so in a 30 ml bottle you’ll get roughly 10 days of treatment. I’m using one pump, 2-3 times a day I found the liquid does drip back out of my nose for a few minutes. This can be prevented by holding your head back for a few minutes. The information booklet provided is like a mini glossy magazine explaining the full product range; the specific instructions for this gel is a half page on page 11. I would say this was quite limited compared to other products sold in the UK.

Really good for dry sinuses after sinus infection. I used and it moisturising. Helps with pain. Would buy again .

This is so much better than expected - a great product. I have suffered from dried out and crusty nostrils all Winter that culminated with a nasty nose bleed recently. After having the same thing happen a few years ago when the Doctor gave me some ointment I was looking for a quicker solution than trying to get a Doctor's appointment. This product arrived quickly and I cannot praise it enough. My nostrils haven't felt so normal for ages. It's easy to use and does not trickle down the back of my nose to my throat, it doesn't burn, it just soothes. Definitely recommend.

I have problems with dried out nasal passages due to medication I have to take and being dried out can sometimes cause nosebleeds etc. This Nasogel coats the nasal areas to help keep them moisturised. Only drawback is I wish it was a larger size.

Great for dry climates where nose bleeds and sinus infections happen frequently. A couple sprays of this in each nostrel helps me to sleep more comfortably, with fewer nosebleeds.

The nasal spray really helps the dryness of my nose caused by the constant heating during the Canadian harsh winter.
