Testing from UK, so far so good. Far better range than the 480i. However I was told that Cobra wouldn't warranty it, because it hadn't been tested in the UK. So I had to purchase an Amazon insurance at the price of £14 for 2 years. Recommend anyone else to do the same because my other detector, the 480i become faulty within 4 months and after a lot of hassle cobra finally sent me a replacement 'as a good will gesture'

This came via Amazon US to use in the UK. Very sturdy and professional looking device. The app is a bit hit and miss but that doesn't really matter. Plenty of adjustments. Minimum false alerts. Visibility is fine. I have mine set on yellow but it's nice to have different colours to choose from. Excellent sturdy mounting bracket and easy to detach.

Can't judge if it's effective and accurately detects fast cameras, often have fixed fast cameras it doesn't give a warning (maybe the camera isn't activated), but often doesn't issue a warning (maybe a camouflaged police car radar, but can't confirm it), so can't judge whether it works, trust 10% waze90%

At first it was going off too often but after a bit, (I had to actually read how to make it less jumpy) it worked well and lets me know way ahead of time if there’s something ahead. (Obviously I never drive over the posted speed limit, but it alerts me so that I can be prepared for the other drivers to make drastic maneuvers trying to avoid getting caught doing whatever they may or may not be doing)

I been using this radar detector, and overall, it has been a solid investment for everyday driving. Buttons are responsive, and the windshield mount holds firmly without frequent adjustments. Fontionne bien jusqu’à maintenant beaucoup de paramètres mais cela ce configure tres bien avec lapplication 4 étoiles car je suis présentement entrain de le tester et que jai pas la pleine confiance a rouler vite encore avec ce detecteur a noter que c’est illégal au Quebec et en cas que vous vous faites voir avec ce gadjet ils (police) vont vous le saisir avec ou sens conséquence
