great for musicians
im a drummer so i wanted to find a pair of headphones that would work well with practicing as well as normal day life. they make cute littke sounds when connecting and turning on! first of i listened to boy division by mcr and i could immediately hear the kick drum and was so happy. it might be a bit overwhelming in more bass heavy songs but if im trying to learn a song this is perfect. honestly i could hear each separate instrument and it was THE BEST! the separation of different frequencies was so clear! when using the app you can immediately change it and if you play bass guitar it is amazing, i listened to cute without the ‘e’ by taking back sunday next and you could hear it all so well nothing was muddy at all. i also tested out the acoustic setting and could hear the guitar so well. honestly i was so amazing at how they can single out different instruments so well. over time however the bass got a bit too much so i had to go on the app and lower it but then i realised my Spotify EQ was being bass boosted too lol. then you sort of get used to lots of bass so it was honestly fine after a bit. they are very comfortable and i have a small head and they fit well on the smallest setting. the real test was using them whilst drumming, i used the ANC but quickly realised it wouldn’t be suitable when drumming because it would muffle to try to adjust to the loud crashes etc. therefore i switched to normal mode and it was amazing. using my previous sony WH710N i would have to play the music at 100db which is crazy loud and very damaging, using normal mode, the passive cancelling that the tight ear pads made along with the normal mode were perfect! it blocked lots of sound and allowed me to listen at a mere 80-85 db for songs like ocean avenue by yellowcard and i threw glass by destroy boys. i then listened to wait and bleed by slipknot, theory of mind by kublai khan tx, denial is a river by doechii (very bassy song but these made them even bassier which might not be good if you don’t like that and i could hear that punchy kick too!), call it love by crawlers. these are all different genres of songs; metal, rap and indie. it honestly made each song sound so distinctive and unique whereas my previous ones would just muddy all the sounds all together. these are honestly a very good piece of tech for this price range and i was hesitant at first but if you’re contemplating then get them! theyre very very good. i’ll come back after a few months of use and check back in.

Good all rounder headphones
I’ve been using these for a couple of months now, and I’ve got to say, as someone moving from AirPods to these, I actually prefer these headphones. The music is crisp, the bass is loud enough and they’re fairly comfortable. The only downside is that they’re a bit heavy, so when you’re lying down, they tend to slip off. I really like that they turn off automatically after an hour of inactivity. Super convenient for someone forgetful like me. They also connect quickly and come with two cables: one for charging and another for using them wired with your computer, even when the headphones are off. The battery life on this thing is incredible, they last for days, sometimes even a whole week! The noise cancellation isn’t perfect, but it does a great job at reducing background noise. Overall, a great pair of headphones that deliver excellent performance for the price.

Pleasantly surprised with the sound quality these bad boys produce.
Okay, so I bought these on a whim, and purely for the form factor plus I needed a pair of headphones day of my long 9 hour flight. I consider myself of a bit of an audiophile nut, so I'm extremely particular about my music and what it sound like. I do own some BW speakers and and range of in ear monitors but didn't want to carry my small amps with me on the flight, further more wanted noise cancelling headphones for nap time. Now, I wasn't expecting to be blown away by these headphones, which I state I wasn't. Yet, I was extremely surprised what these produce with standard and Hi-res music. I mean at this price point absolutely wow! You will need to run them in, to get the best out of these bad boys, which I'm still doing and track by track I can hear them opening up. SOUND The sound produced by these are intimate, which feels as someone is directly singing to you close by, but not obtrusive. So bear this in mind it does not have a wide aspect of a sound stage, which what I'm use to. TREBLE Highs are well balanced and not in your face to the a point your ears start to bleed. Subtlety is key here, where you can hear the little nuances in the track you are playing which surprised me. MIDRANGE This is where the headphones shine, I mean wow, vocals are clear and direct. I would even come to say these are a warm sounding headphones, which is a pleasure on the ears. Listening to some Norah Jones, feels as though she is singing with her beautiful voice right next to you. As stated very intimate sounding. BASS I'm not a bass head, I've grown out of that many years ago, yet where there needs to be bass I expect it to rumble. These to that, but not in an obnoxious way. You hear the bass, you feel the bass, but you don't notice the bass. I mean the bass isn't over powering. I find it about right. If it could go down a few hertz lower, I would welcome that but not a deal breaker. NOISE CANCELLING Fantastic! I had these on from the start of my flight until the plane landed, nearly 9 hours use with noise cancelling on and music playing. Best flight I had, totally blocks out sound of the horrible reverb of the plane engine and muted dulled down chatter from passengers and screaming kids. Oh, and keeping the noise cancelling on while playing your favourite track does not hinder the quality of sound one bit, as some headphones do. Overall, within this price bracket I am extremely impressed, battery life is amazing, 9 hours of music and noise cancelling left me with 80% battery at the end of my journey. The weight is okay, not as light as say the Sonys, but extremely comfortable to wear all day or night. The plush cushioning helps wonders. Connectivity was easy as child's play with no issues, and the quality of the heads are well made and semi premium feel. These are definitely value for money, at this price you cannot go wrong. Can't complain, they deliver value for price but not for me
Not comprehensive review as just tested them quickly. Definitely better sound quality than Sony ULT Wear. Seem to be well built and comfortable on head. For the price, decent sound, ANC seems to be ok, decent app. If you are not much bothered about top sound quality or top ANC and have 150 quid - the seem like ok to buy. Personally I would add 50 pounds and buy something like xm4 or momentum 4 instead. If the price was around 120 then defo one of best choices.

Outstanding Noise Cancelling Headphones with Superb Audio and Comfort.
I’ve been using the Soundcore Space One Pro by Anker for a few weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed by their performance and design. Pros: • Adaptive Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): The noise cancellation adapts well to different environments, effectively reducing background noise whether I’m in a busy office or on a commute. • Super Foldable Design: The headphones fold compactly, making them easy to carry and store — perfect for travel or daily use. • Long Battery Life: With up to 60 hours of lossless audio playback, these headphones easily last several days on a single charge. • Ultra-Fast Charging: A quick 5-minute charge gives me around 4 hours of listening time, which is incredibly convenient when I’m in a rush. • Hi-Res Wireless Audio with LDAC: The sound quality is rich and detailed, with clear highs and deep bass — great for all music genres. • Comfortable Fit: The ear cups are soft and snug without feeling tight, allowing me to wear them for hours without discomfort. Cons: • The headphones are a bit bulkier than some ultra-light models, which might not suit those looking for a very minimalist design. • The price point is mid to high range, but the features and quality justify the cost. Overall, these headphones offer excellent value with premium features. Whether for work, travel, or casual listening, the Soundcore Space One Pro delivers superb sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and comfort in a sleek, portable design.

Amazing Purchase - No Regrets After All!
I have to say, the Soundcore Space One Pro by Anker has been an excellent purchase overall. I did have some initial doubts after seeing a few YouTube reviews mentioning mic issues, but after using them myself, I’ve had no problems at all with the microphone—it works perfectly for calls and meetings. The noise cancelling is seriously impressive, and the sound quality with LDAC is up there with much more expensive brands. I’ve been using these daily, and the 60-hour battery life is as good as advertised. The ultra-fast charging is a great bonus, too—it’s nice not having to worry about long charging times. The foldable design makes them easy to travel with, and they’re very comfortable even for long listening sessions. One small drawback is that they removed the head sensor that pauses music when you take the headphones off. It’s a feature I would’ve liked, but honestly, for this price point, it’s hard to complain. Considering the performance and comfort, these could easily be compared to higher-end brands at a fraction of the cost. For what you’re paying, I really can’t be anything but satisfied with this purchase.

What went wrong, Soundcore?
I now own a total of six Soundcore products, all of which I love, and the most expensive being the Motion X600 speaker, which is absolutely fantastic. I got these to replace my ageing Bose QC 35 which have served me well for over seven years. I'm sorry to say that I am severely disappointed with these. Out of the box, the bass is FAR too overpowering. In any music with moderate bass (such as Everything But The Girl), the bass completely over-powers the track and muddies the mids and treble. This is on Soundcore Signature profile with LDAC and ANC turned on. Even the bass reducer preset leaves the bass too high still. To make things worse, the equaliser in the app is currently broken (even after two firmware updates to the headphones). Turning down the bass to -6db does help somewhat, although I'd argue it's still too overpowering. However turning up the treble by any amount makes the overall volume of the headphones significantly quieter. Infact, turning the treble up to +6db lowers the overall volume by about 40%, which just doesn't make sense. For comparison, my Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro's have incredible bass (and sub-bass) that never gets in the way of the mids or treble. And I can alter the EQ for those without them going quieter or anything weird like that. I also noted that, leaving the headphones in the default Soundcore Signature with ANC on, the max volume is not quite as 'max' as I would like. They just don't get loud enough compared to my other Soundcore products. This is confirmed by the in built decibel meter, which never goes into the red zone even on max volume. On to some positive notes, when listening to tracks that don't feature much bass, the treble is excellent and crisp without being sharp. The soundstage is decent, however not as good as my Liberty 3 Pro in ears. These are also incredibly comfortable and are easily the most comfortable headphones I've worn. Connection was also a breeze and (aside from the equaliser being broken, but this is specific to these headphones) the Soundcore app is excellent. Unfortunately I've no option but to send these back and try them again in a few months time, or keep an eye out for something else.

Better Than....
O.K. So I have the Soundcore Space One Pro, Soundcore Space One, Soundcore Liberty 4 NC (x4), Beats Studio Pro, Beats Studio 3 (X2), Beats Studio 2 (x5), Soundcore P20i, Soundcore P3. The Soundcore Space One Pros come third in the list of headphones I own. Let me explain why. The Space One Pros are the best over the ear headphones I have from Soundcore. I am currently running them in so a few hours in when the drivers loosen up the sound may get less tight. They are better than the Space Ones for sound quality (the first Space Ones I had I returned as they sounded horrible - like my Q45's - see below - but the second ones sounded much much better). The soundstage is wider than the Space Ones with more bass, mids and treble. I did have a pair of Soundcore Q45's but I sold them after 2 days as these Q45's sounded quite terrible with muddy bass, distortion and muffled treble. So the Space One Pros are the best over the ear headphones I have from Soundcore. Here's a shocker - the Space One Pros sound better than the much more expensive Beats Studio Pros - that is the honest truth... The Space One Pros are wider and louder than the Beats Studio Pros and cost much less than half the price. Oh and the Soundcore app is a hundred times better than the poor effort that Beats serves up. However, the best pair of headphones I have I have had for over 8 years - Beats Studio 2.0. I have 5 of these and use them sparingly as I know over time they will wear out and stop working so taking care of them by having many of them will make them last at least another 4/5 years in my estimation. No other headphones I have had over the years have come close to the clarity, bass and loudness of my Beats Studio 2.0's. The second best headphones I have are earbuds - the Liberty 4 NC's of which I have 4. They are better than all of the over the ear headphones apart from my trusty Beats Studio 2.0. They go loud and defy the price I paid for them, I would happily pay £300 for these but they each cost £64.99 at the time. So the Soundcore Space One Pros are fantastic - not the best. The only feature I miss with these headphones is the Easy Chat hold over the earpad that the Space One's had. Auto pausing I don't miss but would have been nice to have. I got the the free hard shell carry case with mine when I bought them at release price. I expect Soundcore will drop the price to about £110 at some point in the near future but that's o.k. with me as the case itself isn't cheap stand alone. I also have the Soundcore Boom 2 (x2) and Soundcore 3 Bluetooth speakers so am a bit of a Soundcore fan. However, they have produced some duff products which I have had notably the Q45's and the first set of Space One's I had. But their quality control seems to be getting better. So if you have the Soundcore Space One or Soundcore Q45 should you upgrade to these? I would say yes. The Space One Pros sound is great and wide and better than Beats Studio Pro(!) They sound better than the Space One's and Q45's. I have the Space One Pros connected to my Samsung Galaxy S23+ using LDAC with the Soundcore Signature setting. I have created a custom EQ V shape in the EQ but the Signature setting is the best for my needs. My test tunes Unravel by Bjork, Venus As A Boy by Bjork, Resolution from the Godzilla Minus One Soundtrack, Take Hold Of Me by Anne Brun, Traitor by Olivia Ridrigo, Essence by Wizkid all delivered perfectly and some of these tracks are quite difficult to reproduce. I do have the Poweramp app so can tweak the sound even more if I want to. I tried the preamp increase to push the Space One Pros hard to almost damaging my hearing and they did not fail - did not distort. These headphones can handle whatever you throw at them. So the Space One Pros are another great set of headphones from Soundcore - go buy them. Edit 07/10/24. A couple of things since I have the headphones for a few weeks now. I did all of my original testing with the normal codec but I changed it to LDAC after a couple of days. LDAC does make it sound slightly better with better width and depth. The battery life is insane. I have been using my Space One Pros most days for a few hours per day for nearly a month and yesterday the app said yesterday that the battery was at 10%. So I charged them for only the SECOND time in a month. I charged them for the first time on the day I got them last month. I won't need to charge them again until some point in November. And this is with the codec being set to LDAC so the battery would last even longer with the other codecs. So it is getting better with time. The speakers are run in now and the bass is not as tight as it was before (even though it was not bad before) so sounds a bit more richer and controlled. And there you have it. Looking good for the long run.
