Good things: * It has a good flavor and taste. * It contains no Aspartame and no Phenylalanine. * The absence of Phenylalanine means that it has no unwanted laxative side effects, even if you chew a lot of it. * There are very few chewing gums that contain no phenylalanine. Bad things: * The flavor runs out quickly. * Some foods or spices cause the chewing gum to break apart into small pieces of mush inside your mouth. An example is KP Dry Roasted Peanuts. * If you chew a lot of the Cinnamon flavor pieces, it will cause a sort of burning sensation on your tongue -- at the tip and at the bottom. This can last for several hours. The other flavours do not have this problem.

These taste great and their flavour lasts the longest out of all the different kinds of xylitol gum I've tried.

The cinnamon flavour is very, very strong initially. Chewing gum is quite good after the taste wears off. But because of the strong taste, I can only have a couple every day. Perhaps I will try the other flavours once I have finished these.

Nice flavour, puts my mind at ease that it’s healthy for my mouth.

Good but quite expensive for the amount that you get

This chewing gum has given me an allergic reaction. I don’t suffer with any other allergies or food intolerances, so this obviously has something quite strong in it. It caused my tongue to swell and the surface of my tongue to become raised and sore. I couldn’t eat properly for days as it was too painful. Be cautious! I wish I had read the bad reviews before purchasing and only afterwards saw that other people suffered the same symptoms.

Very juicy and long taste chewing gum .Nice cinnamon flavour and without aspartame !after chewing you feel ,that you mouth is fresh.

The volume count of product is most convenient. I just refill my smaller tube that fits in my purse.
