Incredible for neck pain. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and have spent hundreds on trying to find pillows that comfort and neck without leaving me sore. This pillow has been the best investment in my sleep, comfort, and overall quality of life. Keeps its shape and is good for any sort or sleeping - back, side, stomach. I usually sleep on my stomach with my head to the side and this pillow has honestly changed my life. I'll never buy another kind. Absolutely worth every penny. Only downside is I wish it came with another cover for laundering. I use my own for a standard pillow so the fit is a little tight.

Honestly, I’ve never tried in ortho pillow before until I turned 38 years old. Suddenly, I was having neck ache for a whole week straight, which is abnormal to me. I immediately purchased this pillow and I have not had any neck ache ever since. I strongly recommend purchasing this pillow. It has been well worth it and I purchased this pillow back on March 2025. It is currently November 7 25 and I have not had any complaints. I also put a Saturn cover over this pillow for the longevity of the quality also because satin is better for your skin and hair. It is comfortable, the quality is great. It retains it shape. It is not overly thick for me and I am a female. Don’t overthink it just purchase it now. If it doesn’t fit your frame, you can always return it.

I have 2 other similar pillows from different brands. I especially like/prefer the deeper buttoned depression where you lay your head that this one has. More comfortable than the other brands. I sleep better. Only reason I did not give it a 5 is that the "wings" here you can put your arms are not as wide//comfortable as one of the other pillows I have, but I still prefer this one for its medium, not too large, size and how my neck & head are cradled

Short version: I’ve had this pillow for a month. I had chronic neck pain and now I don’t. Long version: I had been dealing with neck pain daily for several months. I wasn’t sure why, but eventually discovered it was for sure my pillow. I had a 15yo tempurpedic pillow and I guess it had hit its end of life (even tho visually it looked just the same). I tried various pillows we had around the house as well as an Avocado brand pillow. None of them worked. I even tried sleeping with no pillow. My neck continued to ache, and sometimes in new ways when I changed pillows. One day, someone I follow on IG happened to share in passing that her husband used this specific pillow and she linked to its Amazon listing. I was skeptical—I kinda thought pillows shaped like this were just a gimmick. But at the price point and with free returns, it was worth trying it out. Really glad I did—no more neck aches. Actually, the first moment after I laid my head down on the pillow, I was overwhelmed with how comfortable it was. But I felt old myself to remain calm—I needed to give it time to see if it really worked. It’s now been around a month, and I’m still impressed. Notes: the first couple nights, it seemed a little hard, but either it softened a bit or my head got used to it. The packaging came with directions on how to use the pillow. I followed those. I’m a side sleeper, so I have the thicker side near to my shoulders (if that makes sense). I got the standard size and a standard size pillow case fits fine over it.

I have cervical stenosis which has been aggravated recently. I have used this pillow hoping that it would give me support and a good night’s sleep. I followed the instructions for using the pillow for side sleeping, which is how I sleep. Whenever I awake to change sides it’s hard to find a comfortable spot and makes it hard for me to return to sleep. Last night was the worst. I was in such pain when trying to turn over that I couldn’t use the pillow anymore and had to get up for a pain reliever and a normal bed pillow. I woke up with pain in my neck that I’ve never had this badly. As instructed, I used the pillow on consecutive nights, which was supposed to bring relief. Do not purchase this “cervical” pillow. I even tried using it as a back sleeper just to see if that made a difference, but the fact is it was worse, if possible. I could only stay in that position for less than a minute. Very uncomfortable. I purchased it before a trip so it wasn’t delivered on time for me to use it in the time period allowed for Amazon returns. It says 100 nights and you can return to supplier. Very painfully disappointing.

After years of trying to find a comfortable pillow, I have finally found one. I have tried all the traditional types of pillow as well as a variety of memory foam pillows in various sizes, none of which resulted in a good sleep. I figured I might as well take a chance on something completely different, especially since Amazon offered free returns. The pillow has an indentation in the middle where the head nestles, while my neck is supported perfectly by the slightly elevated portion in front of that. As a result, my spine is aligned and supported, with no neck ache like I have with pillows that force my head onto my chest or provide no neck support at all. The odd lumps of the pillow on either side of my head serve to keep my head and spine aligned when I sleep on my side or turn on my side to read from my Kindle. I have been truly surprised at how comfortable this pillow is. I realized that decades previously, I would have pushed and pulled my ancient feather pillow into more or less this shape to get the comfort level I preferred. The pillow fits into a standard pillow case, despite its odd shape. I highly recommend this pillow for anyone who has given up on traditional pillow shapes.

This may work for many, but it does not fit my neck. The effect was like traction, and halfway through the night the compression of the foam felt like I was sleeping on a brick. I wish it worked for me, but it didn't.

I was skeptical about this pillow, having bought a number of expensive ergonomic style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you’re willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so surprised that this actually did work! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from winding up in poor positions. I tend to lay both on my back and side and change frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.

It's really bad for cervical. Height is too much. It's no different from a normal pillow. Will make ur cervical worse.

This product helps me to secure a restful nights sleep.

The pillow is too hard to sleep on. Unfortunately we cannot return it, so it's not an expensive piece of junk in the room...
