This is by far the easiest way to order a Genuine Inogen One G5 Column Pair. The company that sends the product to you is the same company that Supplies the Mayo Clinic. When you combine that with the efficient way that Amazon sells and delivers products it can't be beat. If your Inogen needs serviced do yourself a favor and order here... By the way it comes with instructions and it can be changed with no tools in less than 5 minutes... The only thing you need to remember is to remove the 2 rubber protectors at the top of the columns before installing...

i am concerned that there were no dust caps on the top two outlets only on the bottom two inlets. dont know if this will affect product however i cannot return as i desperately need the oxygen now.
