Essential Oxygen has become our "go to" hydrogen peroxide when we need a clean, food grade product. I generally just by the pre-diluted 3% version and keep it tightly capped in the refrigerator. Once in a while I'll fresh test for "fizziness" (many videos, website info on that). You can buy 12% and 35% but need reputable sources and careful handling. Essential Oxygen makes it easy with large refill bottle and handy sprayers. Remember that food grade H2O2 does not have the preservatives or stabilizers that "medicine chest" peroxide has so you need to keep contaminants out and stored preferably cold and dark. I use the 32ounce bottle to splash a few capfuls into each refill of a large, 4 gallon humidifier during Winter to suppress bacterial growth. I have two smaller cold mist humidifiers that I use the spray bottle on to coat the inside and outside of their tanks and exit nozzle. Works great. We also use the sprayer as a finish on our kitchen countertop as a final germ killer. Just mist on and let evaporate. Spray you dish cloth too. Another use is when I clean out our automatic sprouter. I let a concentrated amount sit in the pump well and use the sprayer to disinfect the internal surfaces. I also use a few drops in the circulating sprouter water every day as I change it out with fresh.

I have used this product for almost ten years. I add it to my water filtration system, only a few drops. Use also in cat fountains. Keeps water cleaner and provides more oxygen.

I use this to brush my teeth in the morning, it works great, and kills any bacteria in your mouth. I put some in a shot glass or a small glass and store my toothbrush over night in it.

I use it to clean absolutely everything in my home and if I had known before how good it was I would have never bought any of the chemicals that I used before as I am highly allergic to that stuff and suffered through the cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen in particular. I used to have to have an air purifier as well as a fan in order to not get sick while using other cleaners. This stuff makes me SO happy because I can use it straight out of the bottle with no problem. I even clean my mouth guard with it! Amazing stuff at a great price!
