I love these blinds! I bought them for my living room! The fit was absolutely perfect and easy to install! One person can do this with small windows!! They retract to about 2.5-3” so you don’t even see them! You can get full light, filtered or blackout! I bought the dark brown! About a year later I bought the same one for my bedroom! It looks so so good! Remote controlled no strings, knobs or sticks. I had heavy wood Venetians that were so heavy you could barely pull them up! Pain! I am now buying them for my family room and thinking of getting 2 splits for my sliding door!? You will absolutely not be disappointed! Warning!! Measure exactly as they say and you will have no problems putting these up and adding them to your decor! Enjoy!!

Update: I received an email from the company wanting to resolve the issue and they were kind enough to send me a new unit that was a proper fit. They made them so fast that I had them within days of them confirming the measurements. I got the blinds up and set up with Alexa and they work great. I want to reiterate these blinds are top quality and they are a fraction of what you would pay locally... I now would say go for it. Customer service is very responsive and strives for happy customers. The most important thing to know that I wish I knew before is - 🚨‼️⚠️ READ!!! - For inside mount you need to order at least 3/4 inch (1/2 inch is really tight) smaller than the window. You will need the Echo show 8 bare minimum to use with the Bixby motor. The 5 does not have Bixby. I have the 3rd gen. Not sure if the 2nd has Bibxy but it will say on the bottom of the unit. Last if it has a Bixby motor it will not work with the Yoolax app but you do not need it. It works great with Alexa. I had high hopes for these Yoolax motorized blinds and really tried to make sure everything was correct before ordering. I had three different people measure my windows to be 100% sure they would fit as inside mounts—but when they arrived, they didn’t. I was forced to install them as outside mounts, and because of that, they’re not long enough. There’s a visible 2-inch gap at the bottom that looks unfinished and just… wrong. For blinds this expensive, I expected a better outcome. The ordering process was already a bit complex, but what really threw me off was that I was apparently supposed to account for an extra ½ inch in the width. That wasn’t clear during ordering at all. I reached out to the company, but there was a noticeable language barrier, and it was hard to get clear answers. In the end, I was basically told the measurement mistake was on me—which, again, isn’t great when you’ve spent nearly $500 on something custom. Then there’s the Alexa compatibility. I ordered the Bluetooth motor option because it said it was compatible with my generation of Alexa. Turns out it only works with the Echo Show 8—not the 5, even if it’s a newer one. I had already bought a replacement Echo Show 5, thinking my old one was the issue, only to find out I’d have to return that and get the 8. Until it arrived, I couldn’t use the app at all, which was a letdown since I thought these would be more smart-home friendly out of the box. That said: • The remote works well, and it’s responsive. • The blinds themselves look great—good materials, clean modern design. • I like that you can set custom positions—for example, I say “let the light in” and it opens just enough to let sunlight pass through the sheer section but still keep some privacy. (This takes some trial and error.) But overall, I wish I had just spent a little more and gone through a local place that sends someone out, guarantees a perfect fit, and can walk you through the motor options face-to-face. These blinds had potential, but the poor fit and smart features that required too many hoops to jump through left me disappointed.
