This salt is fantastic. The truffle taste is so strong you don’t need much each time to really elevate the dish making it great value for money. We’ve tried a few truffle products previously but now we’ve found this there’s no going back.

I had never heard of Truffle Salt until I tried some in an upmarket Italian restaurant , now I'm a ardent Salt Truffle user . Just a small amount on food gives it a fantastic taste .

I didn't have a plan for this when I bought it but I know my brother loves Truffle and was coming for Christmas. However, I have found it is incredible on so many things. Rub it on the skin of a jacket potato with ground pepper and olive oil and it is delicious. I put it on my chips, pasta, potatoes, steak, it's absolutely divine and such a good price. I keep my jar in a ziplock bag and then place the bag in a jar with the lid to keep the lovely smell contained. You will smell it as soon as you open the envelope.

This truffle salt is a game-changer! I put it on eggs, pasta, roasted veggies literally everything. The truffle flavor is subtle and rich, adding just the right touch without overwhelming. Those little reddish and black flecks are totally normal, That’s real truffle magic. Perfect texture, instantly elevates any dish. Truffle lovers, you need this.

This is a wonderful product that lasts a long time because a little goes a long way. The umami that this truffle salt packs is off the charts, I add a pinch to many savory dishes and the fragrance and flavor boost is incredible. My favorite use is on soft scrambled eggs on buttered toast, it's to-die for! Tastes like you're eating a very expensive dish when you've only just added a pinch of this truffle salt, it's fantastic!

Best truffle salt of all time!

I actually would rate this item 3 1/2 stars, if that was an option, but rounded up to four. I found it average and have definitely had some that I feel was superior, in fragrance and taste, but of significant higher cost. Those were also noted to have more pieses of dried truffle, than this item. That said, this is still a fine product for more frequent use in the kitchen because it will last a long while and is cost effective. The item I received is not as pictured on the site. It has a different shape and label, but the label appears to say much the same thing. However, the described item claims to be 3.4 oz, while mine stated it contains 4 oz. No complaint, there. I think this sea salt, with dried summer truffles, would be a good introduction point for those who have not tried truffle salt before and want to take the leap. Frankly, not everyone likes the flavor, but for those who do, there's nothing like it for certain food items.

I am so pleased with this salt! Adds that little extra to every meal! Great taste. I use sparingly. Will be buying again.
