This bag is like magic, extremely roomy and durable! My kids were each able to fit a weeks worth of clothes and personal hygiene products for their trip.

2024 Update: Have had this for over 2 years now. Has been on many weekend and weeklong trips and many flights. It's great as a carry-on "personal belonging" and can fit it under your seat if need-be as long as you don't stuff it to the brim. Love it so much the whole family has one now. Makes short plane trips a breeze. ----------------------------------- I got this backpack because my primary need was something with a lot of room for clothes in for a multi-day trip but could also function as backpack as well. This fits both of those requirements. Fully stuffed with a week's worth of clothes is as big as a carry-on suitcase. Keep it about 3/4th full, and it will slide under your seat. It appears to be decent manufacturing quality with decent materials. There is a good amount of thickness and padding. The Stitching seems good. I don't think it's up for daily heavy use, but it seems durable for someone like me who's only gonna dust this off for the short trips 8-10 times a year. There's no unsightly logo on the one I received, and it looks pretty slick. I'll definitely feel cooler walking around an airport with this than my dirty, 20 year-old Jansport that I've bee using since college. The design is excellent and practical. I like that it has 1 very large compartment with a small slot in it that you can slide a laptop or tablet into if you want, or not, and it doesn't waste space if you don't use it. The large compartment has some bands to help keep different clothes separate. Nice feature. I really like that the main focus was for clothes.The other compartment for pens and non-clothing items is a good space saving size. The only thing I'll ding it on the design is that the zipper of the large compartment is kinda awkward being on the back, and not the side. This means you'll have to set the backpack on it's face, and if it's not lying flat, it might be a little annoying, but I think the trade off for the price of this for what you get it's not a big enough deal to matter much. Obviously if you're fine with spending like $100 on a backpack for more durability, go for it. This is probably not the right choice if you're gonna be using it all the time. But for the infrequent user like myself, this is a solid choice at a great price.

This is my favorite travel backpack. It has tons of space, a very sturdy design, and the USB port is super convenient. Fits my 17-inch laptop easily and keeps everything organized. Comfortable to carry even when packed full (I always overpack) great for trips or daily use!

I broke my longtime backpack that I used for everything from hiking, traveling, camping, skiing and more. I had that backpack for over 12 years. I was overjoyed when I saw this backpack with the new travel features and 180 degree zip to pack clothes or other necessary items. I flew with it yesterday and did not have any problems getting in and out with zippers or easy access to it from the stow away area of the plane. I use this as a carry on so the slip on features to my suitcase was perfect! Even on my luggage I was able to easily access any compartment. I had so much more room in this back pack then my older version I was able to use the clip-ons for more compression. I also liked when deciding on my purchase the vendor had the measurements that were needed for a carry on. I did not have to worry about being out of compliance and being made to check it in. The only negative I would say is there were no directions that came with the backpack. Because the charging connections were built-in I was confused in how it worked and why on the side of the bag it has an area specific for charging headset and usb. There are charging cords that connect to your personal charging block but I did not understand the purpose. I bought it for that additional features however, when I was looking at it closely and hooked up my charging block it served no purpose - but that is only ME. That said, my charging blocks all have the cords built-in so this negated my need for this specifically. That said, I could see if one has the USB cord that can connect directly with a universal A, C or iPhone connection it is a plus. I will use this feature in longer flights when I need the extra charging device. This is why I still gave 5 starts simply because it is based on the need of the bag. It is essential to one's purpose either way. I would not hesitate to recommend this bag for anyone who needs XL space - Students, Travelers or Athletics. It is a durable bag, equally esthetic and easy to carry even with a heavy load. 10/10 purchase!!

I ordered this for my teenage daughter but when it arrived she didn't like the way it looked after all so I returned it and got her a different style backpack that was of lower quality and functionality. I personally found this one to be a great backpack. It was a perfect size to hold all of her books and binders. The charging port worked and although it was a larger backpack, it wasn't heavy. The straps were thick and supportive. The style is simplistic but the backpack is very functional and durable.
