Great value for cost
I bought these for my friend (it's customary to gift and be gifted tarot cards instead of purchasing for yourself) They're exactly as pictured. I love the color scheme and the art itself. I also appreciate them not all being white people. The diversity depicted in the art is refreshing- especially compared to most common tarot decks. They seem durable but I haven't used them other than to open them to sage them. We'll know more the true durability after my friend uses them for a bit but they SEEM like they'll hold up for the most part. My only thought of concern is the BEAUTIFUL gold edges potentially flaking but we'll see. Good thickness. They're a fairly standard size. About the size of a typical AFAB person's hand- maybe a bit smaller. I personally prefer them to be bigger- but again they're not for me. The instruction booklet is also good quality and beautifully done. Overall, I'd say this is a great deck to start out with or to add to an existing collection.

Stunning!- SEE UPDATE
(Blue version): This deck is absolutely drop dead gorgeous! The images on the cards really pop despite the fact that the cards are all primarily blue. I love the illustrations, especially the Sun and the 6 of Cups. So beautiful! The guidebook is excellent considering its small size. It gives a general meaning as well as meanings for love and career readings and reversals, and it's illustrated in color. The box is very sturdy. This is definitely my new favorite deck and I'll have my eye on this creator for more decks! (Gold Version): So, I loved the blue version, but wanted something more color-neutral. So I ordered the Gold edition. And I am so bummed! The blue edition has all kinds of gold embellishments. The stars are all metallic, sparkly gold. The card backs and the box are embellished with metallic gold. But on the GOLD version, they're not. Instead of sparkly gold stars, they just look sort of...brown. In fact, except the card edges, the deck isn't gold at all. It's more like mustard-colored. Not at all what I would call "Starlight." In all other respects it's the same great quality. But it really needed those gold embellishments to elevate it from sort of murky-colored to starry. I might return it. I'm on the fence because it was so inexpensive and it's such a pain to schlep it to the UPS depot. On the other hand, I really dislike it and I'm soooo disappointed compared with the blue version.

Cheap price for a high quality deck!
This deck is gorgeous! And the quality is amazing! For the quality this price is ridiculous! The cards are thick and durable, the art is pristine, and the gilding is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this deck!

Great Quality in Both Color Editions
I bought both versions of this deck the blue one and the black and gold and they’re genuinely surprising in the best way. The artwork is the same in both, but the change of color gives each deck a completely different personality. The blue edition feels brighter and more dreamy, while the black and gold has a more elegant and atmospheric look. The card quality is good, the printing is clean, and they handle smoothly. They come well presented, and overall they look much better than I expected. These decks really show that you don’t need to spend a lot to bring home something well-made and enjoyable to use.

My new go to deck
The art on these is really quite beautiful in person. Very readable but maybe a more approachable art style and whimsical color way than a traditional deck. The gilded sides of the cards make a nice, high quality touch, and I like the thickness (though it makes me scared to go ham on shuffling). This one really speaks to me and has become my go to!!

Pretty! You do get what you pay for.
Gorgeous cards, a little larger than is comfortable for those of us with small hands but not too bad. I love the art, the colors, and the foil edges. They're thick and stiff, but are softening fairly well. Unfortunately, they are not super durable and are peeling and chipping at the edges where they hit each other and got stuck when I was first practicing shuffling with them. Excellent starter deck!

I'm Very Satisfied!!!
I just received my deck today 11-23-2025, and I absolutely love this deck. I love the images, colors as well as the gilded sides on the cards. It's easy to shuffle, the card stock feels soft not sticky or heavily glossed, which makes for the easy shuffle and it's little thin, easily bendable cards then most cardstock. I haven't used the deck yet in a reading, but I feel it will be a great decision that I bought to add to my collection and will resonate in many future readings. I bought the deck on sale finally and I am so happy I bought it, it's well worth buying, very affordable. and it also comes with a guidebook to beginnings on learning tarot.

This tarot deck is beautiful and well made. The artwork is detailed, the colors are vibrant, and the card quality feels sturdy and smooth when shuffling. The size is comfortable to hold, and the guidebook is easy to understand. Overall, it is a lovely deck for both beginners and experienced readers.

This deck is awesome! I initially bought the deck as it came up in a “We Found Something You Might Like” email from Amazon, and I was captivated by the deep blue colourisation of the cards. As a Tarot deck collector, I am always looking for new and different interpretations of the arcane mysteries, and this deck seemed to fit the bill. First impressions on receiving the deck were, “WOW! What an awesome, sturdy box they come in!” Far too many of the mass-produced decks by the big Tarot publishers come in flimsy, weak flip top cartons that provide little protection for the cards and certainly are not impressive as keepsakes for the precious decks inside that are supposed to last a lifetime. Not so with this Wyspell deck! The box is heavy duty card, very strong – even stronger than the box my original RWS deck came in 60 years ago! It’s really pleasing to see that these newer publishers are prepared to put the time and money into decent packaging, and at a price point that is certainly on par with those mass-produced decks! On unwrapping and opening the box, I too encountered a strong, persistent smell, either from the inks or the glues used in producing the cards, boxes and book. I am sure this will diminish overtime as the deck gets used and aired out! The LWB – or, in this case, maybe Little Blue Book – is well produced and clear, with a good amount of divinatory instruction for each card in both the upright and reversed positions. The orange (or maybe sepia?) coloured paper is designed to match the colour scheme of the cards, and is easy and clear enough to work with. And then the cards themselves! These are produced on great cardstock – 400 GSM or maybe even better – and are sturdy while still being flexible enough to riffle shuffle. They are also gold-edged, which adds to both the visual appeal of the deck and the rigidity of the cards. The matte finish is not so heavy as to inhibit shuffling, so really good production quality all-round. The colour scheme of the deck is striking, and is what drew me to the cards initially. The main colours are black, shades of deep blue, shades of orange, some golds/browns and the flesh tones of the characters. The artist has used this palette to produce rich artwork that is both stimulating and yet easy on the eyes. The characters are well depicted with excellent detail, and many of them are facing forwards so that their eyes are looking right at you, which makes them all the more intriguing. Even the Star is boldly staring at you with just the hint of a smirk. The typically black backgrounds are star-filled and illuminating, as per the theme of the deck, and add an air of ambient mystery that compliments the scenes portrayed. As for the scenes, they are based on the standard RWS model, but, as this is not a clone, there are a number of variations that are to be expected in the new design. None of these significantly alter the symbology of the deck, so an experienced reader could easily work with the deck to perform readings. Beginners could start with this deck, as it is easy to work with, given the detailed LWB, but would benefit at some point in their future learnings to invest in either the RWS deck or a detailed book about the RWS deck so they can see both the symbolic similarities and the differences that would lead to a deeper understanding of this deck. All in all, an excellent deck that I thoroughly recommend to both new Tarot acolytes and experienced doyens of the cartomantic arts!
