Fascinating!: the “natural” things we are learning!
This is all new to me. A run-down condition, resulting in a visit to my Nutritionist, produced a diagnosis of a B12 deficiency for which she prescribed Apex Energetics B12-Max, a “Methyl-B12” to take orally. I also left there with a bottle of this stuff (much cheaper than here) that she recommends for methylation issues. She mentioned it should also help with some mysterious inflammation of joints because of its analgesic properties. I felt very comfortable with this because tests have shown it has significant benefits in lowering levels of LDH, total cholesterol, triglycerides, homocysteine, and a range of gut and other issues. She has rarely been wrong in guiding my health decisions with the use of natural methods, herbs, etc. instead of using chemicals. We’ll keep you posted!
