I don't know about the rest of you who are over 50, but I am super fit and yet I notice a big difference as the years progress in how long it takes me to get into my stride cardiovascularly, whether Im hiking, cycling, skiing, running, whatever. For example, it can take me 2 miles of warmup before I feel like my heart, muscles, and exertion level come together in a way that feels good and I am not hating life. The first couple miles are kind of miserable, especially if I am with younger people. Once I am sufficiently warmed up and start to actually feel good, then I can go for miles, no problem. So, what I've noticed is that NitroVasc eliminates that miserable first period. It's just not there! It's like I've already done the warm up. Also, it is allowing me to get my HR up into the higher zones a LOT easier than before, that is, allowing me to push myself further, comfortably. I don't know that everyone is such a responder, but I certainly am. Will continue taking this stuff along with beetroot powder for extra boost. I've been on this now for 4 months. The difference was almost immediate.

I use so many L.E products I feel "rerunish" on the reviews- they are just better than the rest in my years of using them, than the rest- this product is no different. Its effective to a fault lol- I have to go a little below the amout recommendation

90% of the supplements on Amazon, anywhere really, have cheap toxic fillers that are either derived from industrial seed oils, cannot be digested by the human body (leading to gut permeability known simply as leaky gut), or contain hidden sugars like this one does. Red Flags to beware of the first may shock you, but it's the citric acid. Citric acid is NOT lemon or lime juice; look it up and be very scared to know that 90% of the world's citric acid is industrial coming from large vats or tanks filled with a type of black mold fed GMO styled corn syrup or beet sugars; the resulting broth is then chemically treated (ultra processed), filtered, then crystalized for the extraction phase. This is anything but natural, traces of mold proteins and endotoxins you better believe get left behind, and the sugars fed to this mold are inundated with endocrine, cancer causing, blood clot forming, fat gaining, leaky gut causing atrazine (the U.S. sprays 80 million pounds of this toxic garbage on all our crops) to include glyphosate, the cancer causing endocrine destroying ingredient in Round Up, which is used in the last two weeks of all crops in this country before being harvested known as the "desiccation phase." Producing flavors that trigger dopamine hits (along with the artificial sweetener in this called maltodextrin which I'll cover next, but if you have ever eaten at fast food restaurants or chinese buffets and 30 to 60. min later you are hungry after having thrown down some food; that's the MSG talking to you right there. Your body got flavor, a ton of calories, and zero nutrients to tell your body to stop producing leptin. By the way, insulin blocks leptin from being received, the hormone that says "I am full." Maltodextrin, of where do I begin. Well it's a very popular filler/sweetener in junk food. Can and WILL cause guy permeability (leaky gut" which is when chemicals from the foods and supplements taken cannot be properly digested by the body, which can break though the high junction proteins in the gut, causing unknown foreign bodies to seep beneath the mucosa layer which triggers and immune response; that response just as if you banged your knee really good, is called inflammation. a.k.a. the catalyst or underlying theme to every known disease to man. Mostly derived from GMO corn (remember the atrazine and glyphosate from above? Well here is round two) this synthetic, lab engineered and nothing natural sugar, will spike your blood sugar all the while feeding bad gut bacteria, which is toxic fuel for metabolic collapse. Lastly, the modified food starch, or should I say the chemically altered from GMO corn, wheat, rice, and/or potatoes used to stabilize or thicken your chemical coattail. This stuff is treated with acids, bleach, or other synthetic enzymes which could very well lead to unwanted toxic residues to be left in your body. It will spike your insulin blocking leptin, keeping you hungry, as well as irritate the guy microbiome causing, yet again, another chemical itching to cause you leaky guy. 88% of people have some form of metabolic dysfunction because of garbage like this, the 90% of food in the grocery stores have the same exact, but with even more and worse chemical additives, which is also why obesity since 1990 has increased by 40%. We have got to break away from the processed chemicals that inundate the vast majority of stuff sold as food in the grocery stores, that taste good and have people addicted (research the Bliss Point), and get back to the basics of single ingredient foods cooked with animal fats rather than the inflammation inducing, diabetes and cancer causing, industrial seed/vegetable oils, that is in every processed food in the stores, which hijacks our PPARy receptors which tells our body to STORE FAT; it's literally in all the nuts that squirrels will eat when they know winter is coming to intentionally fatten up. We are not hibernating animals and for God sakes people, the time is now to take back your health. I work in healthcare and I cannot tell you how many inpatients I see come down and are 60 but look 80 and of course they are obese. Don't spend your golden years in such a state and start by avoiding this product!

Absolutely a great supplement

I have bought many things from Life Extensions over the years. They are a good quality brand. I love that they are selling through Amazon. One of the gating factors for me was always that if I bought direct, free shipping kicked in at $50. I love the flavor. I love the quality of their products. I just don’t think there are 30 scoops worth of product in this sealed container. It is two-thirds empty. At the price point set I think I will get 10 scoops maybe 15. Definitely not 30. That is the reason for my downgrade in stars.
