Versitile
This great I made a spaghetti and meatball dish this was great it was like eating meatballs. So good and versitile.

Great addition for Vegan cuisine!
I have been using soy curls for quite some time, and this was my first experience with soy chunks. While I love the curls, I really appreciate the consistency in shape and size of this product. Soy curls are pretty delicate so I usually receive bags that contain different sized curls that include a fair amount of TVP sized bits and dust. Additionally, the Nutrela chunks have a substantial, pleasing texture. Curls are great, but they’re a bit rubbery. I also feel the chunks absorb flavor much better. Super excited to use this product again and explore some new recipes! I recommend both product and seller.

Vegan with meaty taste!
If you like soya granules, this is the one for you. It's vegan and full of protein. I cook it like ground meat. You may not be able to tell that it's not meat!

This is an excellent product for vegan protein with a good texture when using it as directed. I soaked the soya in water and cooked it for 6 minutes add directed. Then I rinsed it in cold water as directed and used it to make a spicy soya protein by coating it in cornstarch mixed with soy sauce and then air frying it at 400F/200C for 10 minutes. Then I used a spider marinade to stir fry it with Asian broccoli stir fry veggies. Excellent substitution for extra firm tofu. I will definitely continue to buy this product to substitute extra firm tofu when I don’t have time to press the tofu and marinate the tofu for a half hour before cooking it.
