It does the job and helps relieve knee discomfort. However, the edges are, I guess by necessity. hard and dig into the inside of the thigh. I wouldn't use it continually, without a few nights' rest bite

I wish I had got this knee memory support pillow much sooner. It certainly is worth the price invested. The support means it dies help my back as well. My sleep is much improved as well. When I was without it, if I laid sideways my knees were painful without the pillow & my back as well. I would awake more often during the course of the night. I could not recommend this particular knee pillow more than i am, It certainly is a positive from me.

Product gets soft after 1 month of use, it is not able to keep my knees/legs in place as when I started using it. So yeah, a waste of money.

I’ve been using it every night, and it has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. It keeps my knees perfectly aligned and relieves pressure on my hips and lower back. I wake up feeling much more comfortable and without the usual aches. The material is soft but supportive, and it stays in place throughout the night. The cover is also very breathable and easy to clean.

購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想です オススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※ 仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。 脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)
