Very average, and disappointed. The tea bag literally floats on top of the cup and fluffs up like a sponge. Sitting on top of the cup, does not soak in and flavour affected. Have to vigorously soak with a spoon and risk bursting the tea bag. First time I tried camomile tea for health benefits, and not a good experience. But good value for money compared to other brands.

I was a bit worried about the reviews saying that the bags tend to split but I’ve had no bag splits with mine and I use a very good herbal tea infuser which would capture the pieces even if the bag did split. On a more substantive note, I’m really impressed by this product. I went off chamomile tea when I was a lot younger because I didn’t like the artificial and slightly chemical smell given off by the chamomile tea that I used to drink. So I stopped drinking it for years and I’ve just gone back because I want a sleep aid. Chamomile tea definitely works as a sleep aid for me, but I particularly like the chamomile in these bags because it has a very different smell than I have experienced in the past, much more natural and earthy than the one I used to have many years ago. It actually smells very reassuring, as though it has just been picked and dried. So I feel like I know that I really am getting well picked chamomile, and the brand-name Hand Picked is certainly apposite. I’ll be searching out more of their products, very impressed.

REVISED REVIEW: initially, I noted that the tea was two weak for my taste and tried to explain that as a foreign born person, I was weaned on strong coffee and strong tea so I'm used to strong flavors. That is not the sellers problem, it is just me. 🤭 The seller offered a refund, which is excellent customer service, but unnecessary, although I appreciate the offer very much.
