Recently ordered this ironing board and I’m quite disappointed with it. Build quality feels very cheap, the frame is flimsy and unstable, and the surface doesn’t feel sturdy enough for regular use. It definitely isn’t worth the money. I expected a more solid, durable product, but it looks and feels poorly made. Would not recommend

The ironing board looks perfect till you open it out and one leg is off the floor and is wobbling and squeaking. Also no shelf as mentioned. Had to return

Welding quality is bad

excellent value for money. This doesn't mean it's not a good product, on the contrary. it is very solid and does not oscillate while I iron. the only "negative" note is the cover which is not thick enough. but for the rest I recommend it

So the legs are not straight basically the board board cannot stand straight- only tree leg sides are aligned at one single point. The actual board that has a metal net base - is not straight either - when you press the iron it falls in under weight and then when you move it from that place it pops up. Horrible product, plz avoid

Ho preso questo modello di Amazon Basics, quello medio con il poggiaferro a forma di H, perché il mio vecchio asse era ormai alla frutta e mi serviva qualcosa di pratico e funzionale. Ho scelto Amazon Basics perché di solito fanno prodotti semplici ma che fanno il loro lavoro, e volevo vedere se anche questo asse da stiro era all'altezza. Com'è fatta e com'è stirare? Semplice, stabile e fa il suo dovere! Devo dire che appena l'ho tirata fuori dalla scatola, mi è sembrata subito solida e stabile. Le gambe a forma di H danno una bella stabilità, non traballa per niente mentre stiro, cosa che mi dava molto fastidio con la vecchia asse. È di misura media (122 x 38 cm), giusta per stirare un po' di tutto, dalle camicie alle lenzuola. Non è enorme, quindi non occupa troppo spazio quando è chiusa e si ripone facilmente. Il poggiaferro è comodo, ci sta bene il mio ferro da stiro e non scivola. E poi ha questa fantasia floreale sulla fodera, che devo dire, non è proprio il massimo del design, ma fa il suo lavoro e sotto sotto è anche carina, dai! In generale, un'asse da stiro semplice e funzionale, senza fronzoli. Stirare è comodo? Sì, la superficie è giusta e stabile. La cosa più importante è che sia comoda per stirare, e devo dire che con questa Amazon Basics mi trovo bene. La superficie è liscia e ben imbottita, il ferro scorre facilmente sui tessuti e le pieghe si tolgono senza fatica. La misura media è un buon compromesso, non è troppo piccola da essere scomoda, ma nemmeno troppo grande da ingombrare. Stirare è più facile e veloce rispetto alla mia vecchia asse, quindi promossa! Poggiaferro a forma di H? Pratico e sicuro. Il poggiaferro a forma di H è una cosa che mi è piaciuta. È abbastanza grande da appoggiare il ferro in sicurezza senza paura che cada, e la forma a H permette di appoggiarlo in diverse posizioni. È pratico e comodo quando si stira, si ha sempre il ferro a portata di mano e ben appoggiato. Vale i soldi spesi? Sì, per un'asse da stiro basica, stabile e funzionale, direi di sì! Non costa tantissimo e per quello che offre, secondo me, è un buon acquisto. Se cercate un'asse da stiro semplice, stabile, di misura media e senza spendere una fortuna, questa Amazon Basics è da considerare. Fa il suo lavoro bene e per un uso domestico normale, va benissimo. a nice ironing board

Good basic ironing board. Size is standard. Love that it has place to hold hot iron which is great for when you have to put iron down to adjust fabric. The pad is sufficiently thick. I ironed 12 sets of sheer curtains 84" length and 2 sets of black out curtains 84" length with no issues. The board was stable on wall to wall carpet, good stability. Easy iron to set up and adjust.
