The SYNCO Wireless Intercom Headset System has absolutely revolutionised the way our touring company communicates. The audio quality is brilliant, they’re comfortable to wear, and the battery life is incredible — genuinely lasts all day without a worry.

The units are cheap for a reason but they do work. There is some latency which might be a problem for some users. I haven't timed the delay but it's about one word behind. In bigger venues no problem really - but in quieter/smaller spaces it might be too annoying. Range is fine - can't see us struggling in most venues/conference halls etc. Audio clear enough. Works through a few walls easily handled a cameraman just outside venue but obviously not a long range/high output technology. If you want anything better you have to dig a lot lot deeper into your pockets. This item is dead fair for what it is.

Neat units which provide us with Backstage to sound and light desks communication in our AmDram group. Might get an extra headset so both sides of the stage can communicate. Clear sound.

These have terrible latency, if you are in the same room then it's a problem especially if you are looking at each other, the mics are also very sensitive they catch every sound even people talking metres away, I'd avoid and try a different brand like Seramonic which have near zero latency

My team used this in a drone racing competition, I could have my hands planted to the controller and my team advised on the map...it was a last minute purchase so we just had a few days to practice on the field and boy did I love it...sadly we didn't win but we will keep using this in all of our field trainings.

Desde hace unos años, organizamos un pequeño evento en el que hemos ido creciendo poco a poco en profesionalidad y servicios, y hace ya tiempo que usamos Walkie Talkies para comunicarnos. Tenemos también un operador de cámara, el cual siempre anda con un auricular, y un operador de vídeo que necesitábamos poder comunicarnos con él. Por eso, cuando vimos este pack, en las buenas opiniones, nos pareció una opción más que competente para hacer que nuestro realizador se comunicase con nuestro operador de cámara. Además, en este caso, el hecho de que introdujese la posibilidad de cancelación de ruido y que no tuviese grandes complicaciones para emparejarlo, nos hizo decantarnos por ellos todavía más. Además, también nos gustó el hecho de que los botones sean fácilmente accesibles al estar integrados en la orejera. La primera impresión fue muy buena, el paquete tenía dos auriculares con estación y cables de carga, además de unos protetores de esponja para el micrófono, y una vez puestos en la cabeza, se resultaban cómodos y ligeros. Hicimos enseguida unas pruebas y el alcance cubría de sobre lo que necesitábamos, en nuestro caso, un polideportivo con sus gradas. En nuestro caso, no sé si por una configuración previa o por qué, se conectaron automáticamente y no hizo falta más que un segundo para estar escuchando uno al otro, con una muy buena calidad de sonido, incluso en un entorno ruidoso, y con la cancelación de ruido, permitiendo una comunicación muy clara con los usuarios. En mi caso, como digo, lo hemos probado en un polideportivo de punta a punta, incluso sin misión directa, y ha funcionado perfectamente. Otra de las ideas que nos gustó es el hecho de que las baterías fuesen intercambiables. Ahora mismo no es una necesidad que tengamos, pero no descarto en el futuro poder comprar baterías y poder ampliar su uso, si bien durante las jornadas que las hemos estado usando, no hemos tenido absolutamente ninguna necesidad de recargarlos, pues si fuera poco, además se cargan rápido, y al cargarse con un puerto USB, también lo puedes cargar con una powerbank, cosa que no es ningún problema, pues habitualmente tanto el operador de cámara como el realizador están sentados en un sitio y se les puede poner cómodo sin ningún problema. En conclusión, han sido una excelente compra para nuestro equipo de organización de eventos, se usa fácil y tiene una muy buena calidad de sonido. Eso sumado a una buena batería y a la facilidad de cargar con cualquier dispositivo de puerto USB-C, nos parece que en este rango de precio es una opción más que correcta. Probablemente acabemos comprando el pack de 5 unidades, que si bien es bastante más caro, nos permitiría tener a todo el equipo permanentemente comunicado, pero tenemos que investigar más sobre el tema de los canales y cómo funciona, pues es una cosa que igual puede ser contraproducente para nosotros.

La configurazione è abbastanza semplice, l’unico aspetto secondo me da capire un attimo è il “pairing” delle cuffie e l’associazione del ruolo (Master, LV. 1 o LV. 2). Le batterie sono arrivate già cariche, dunque ho potuto usare le cuffie sin da subito. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a capire come usare i cuscinetti in schiuma, poiché essi hanno una forma circolare, mentre i padiglioni delle cuffie sono ovali. Nonostante ciò, le cuffie sono comode anche senza cuscinetti, e non ho avuto la necessità di utilizzarli. Ho tenuto le cuffie in testa per qualche ora, e le ho trovate molto comode e salde alla testa. Sul microfono è presente un comodo led verde, che lampeggia quando le cuffie non sono abbinate, mentre diventa fisso quando esse lo sono. La durata della batteria varia un pò in base all’utilizzo effettivo, ma si copre abbastanza bene anche una giornata intera di utilizzo. Non ho ancora avuto modo di provarle su grosse distanze, ma le ho usate a distanza di circa 25/30 metri e non ho avuto alcun problema. Le ho usate anche a distanza di due/tre muri spessi e solidi, e devo dire che un pò ne hanno risentito. Tuttavia il loro utilizzo primario avviene in luoghi aperti e liberi, dunque non è un grosso problema. P.S. sulla confezione è presente un QR code che permette di registrare il prodotto ed estendere il periodo di garanzia!

When my "Synco X Talk" headphones arrived, I immediately went to test them to see what I could expect from them. A colleague was with me, so we tested a few things right away, and I also had the chance to live stream a conference using them. First of all, the build quality is okay, though it didn’t impress me too much. A personal downside is that they don't sit on the ear like proper music-listening headphones. Everything else regarding their external appearance is really good, and the packaging they came in is excellent as well. I'm glad I didn't have to buy an additional case for storing them. As soon as they arrived, we tested the range, which was more than satisfactory. Despite all the possible interference and signal disruption in the city, we managed to test them in a street where our line of sight wasn’t ideal, yet we still maintained communication at a distance of 250 meters. After that, I tried one of the standout features of these headphones, which is noise cancellation. I was genuinely amazed at how well it works, even in very harsh conditions. Another thing that impressed me is the battery life. I read that Synco claims the battery can last 24 hours on a single charge, and when I tested it, I was amazed. We used them for two working days without needing to charge them, which is truly impressive. The sound quality is very good. One thing that "bothered" me, although it’s not a real issue, is the delay the headphones have. Generally, when I’m in the control room and my cameraman colleague is about 20 meters away, the delay isn’t a problem, except when we’re talking within 1 meter of each other. But in that case, there’s a great feature where we can just lift the headphone and automatically mute the microphone, which is awesome. Overall, considering all aspects, I think these headphones are more than good for the price they’re available at. They are really easy to use. I was really impressed, and I hope you will be too.

Paire d'écouteur micro simple et efficace pour le prix. Le démarrage est ultra facile car tout es déjà pré-programmé en usine. Un petit delay entre l'envoi et la réception, on s'y habitue vite.
