Such a great product. Does exactly what it promised. I am having much better sleep than before. Blocks sound like a charm

Review update after 1 year of use - I have used this product while sleeping everynight for 1 year because I live in a noisy neighbourhood. This product works wonder for noise cancellation but now the buds have started giving me ear pain. My doc has advised me not to use these buds everyday for long term use. For short term use, these are ok. I am now looking for other noise cancellation options fr sleeping or maybe I will use the same 3M buds but will not insert them deeper in my ear canal. My doc has advised me to use cotton balls instead but cotton balls also should not be inserted in the canal. 20 DECEMBER, 2021 Review - It is a good product for sleep if you roll it down inside your ear as instructed. It cancels good amount of sound and I found them very comfortable. One pair can last for many days; only condition that the buds are dry and cold before you use them. If the buds are wet or warm(because of body heat) then they will quickly go back to the original shape but if the buds are completely dry and cold then they will allow you some time to fit the buds inside your ear. You can even put the buds in freezer for less than a minute before use in order to harden them. I have been using these buds for 2 weeks now. No complaints so far and my ears are perfectly fine.

I go to gigs and concerts often so I got these. I was doubtful if they'd make a big difference but they surprisingly do. They block a good amount of audio without compromising on the quality. 5 starts overall. will definitely get more of these after my current pack of 20 run out.

No noise cancellation

Review After 3+ Years of Consistent Use: 1. Noise Reduction (3 Stars): I've been using this for last many 3+ yrs, it worked like a charm. Way long back I bought 20 pcs [pairs] from amazon Cloudtail [then again I bought it from other good seller] and its strength to block noise was very good, I guess it had 29 dB noise reduction. I don't say it was great but good enough to stop regular noise but not extreme loud noises. [UPDATE Apr, '24 - Noise Reduction (1 Star) But now Recently I bought again 20 pairs from Appario Retail but trust me its not working as it should, even a small noise enters in my ears and disturbs. I'm not raising finger on seller as I've no idea why its not effective like earlier. Either the stock is old or may be 3M reduced the quality, I've no idea. All I can say is don't buy in bulk, just a 2 pairs and use it for a few days if it works for you then buy more. 2. Softness: Its good I give it 3 stars. Its not super soft as many people expect but I live with it as its a must have for me. 3. Comfort 3 Stars: Itchiness: Yes sometimes its very irritating and it pains in my ears so I taken it out and soften it by pressing it and then insert it again. For some people it could be a big issue so is for me but I gotta live with it. I prefer peace while sleeping. * Cost - 5 Stars: Its very economical and budget friendly. Yes 3+ yrs ago it was way much cheaper but now its little pricier but still pocket friendly. Anyone can use it. For me now it seems a time to try another good brand.

Good, hygienically packed individually

I have tried many products and I am very satisfied with this. It takes a little time to get used to this. The foam has the right density to be comfortable and a good fit. It's definitely good value for money.
