The Armor of God - Bible Study Book

I'll be honest... when my group of ladies wanted to start this Bible Study, I was a little arrogant. I thought, "I've been a Christian a long time... I know A LOT about the armor of God!" But wow, did I ever find myself humbled! Priscilla Shirer takes the armor of God to a whole new level. It was SO relevant to my life right now (and I can't imagine it not being relevant for anyone else). If you haven't done this study, DO IT! It's become one of my highest recommendations.

This is an excellent Bible study about the Armor of God; very deep! We did this as a women’s group study at our church (for the second time) and everyone really enjoyed it. The videos are great. Priscilla Shirer is truly anointed, knowledgeable, and inspiring and is a great teacher! The additional leader material and prayers cards at back of book are very helpful for teachers and/or facilitators. I will be watching the videos multiple times!

what an amazing study book and the accompanying video teaching really brings it to life. no mater if you are workingthrough it yourself or in a group it had a bountiful message. i think i ill have to do it twice as i feel that i will keep growing in strength. i love the tear out prayer cards and the space to just write your current position so when you look back... you will see just how far you have came.

So I bought this for my teen daughter and I to do together. It is SUCH a great study. Love that it comes with the videos to watch each week. I love how the author/speaker puts such an interesting spin on something I’ve learned a lot about over the years. The way she talks about the armour is different than I’ve heard it spoken about before and for some reason is much more impactful to me. I’ve enjoyed going through it. It definitely is a bit of work, so know that going into it. There is homework to do each day and it does take some time, so I would recommend it more for adults, but my teen daughter is getting a ton out of it too. It just takes a bit more discipline for her to complete. We have to purposefully carve out time for it. It’s not a 5 minute a day thing. I’d say it takes us a good 20 minutes a day. Bit it is definitely worth it.

One of the best books I ever read. It’s a study book with space to answer the questions. It is works well to use it without the DVDs.
