Excellent product and very reliable. I use it daily for measuring ingredients and controlling portions, and the readings are consistent and accurate. Helps a lot if you are dieting, doing keto, or tracking macros. Light, compact, and works perfectly. I recommend this to everyone — once you start using it, you will wonder how you managed without it.

overall good. For nutrient calculations it lists various food items. However, if I am unable to search and get raw fruits like apple, banana, etc. in the list. Hence I am unable to use effectively as a nutrient tracker. May be I need to explore to find out a solution.

AVOID Dr. Trust Weighing Scale at All Costs! "I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Dr. Trust weighing scale. It worked fine for a measly week, and then the display started dimming and eventually stopped working altogether. I thought maybe it was just a battery issue, so I replaced them, but nope, it didn't make a difference. The real kicker was when I reached out to the company's customer support, and it took them a whopping 2 weeks to get back to me. They picked up the scale, promising to deliver a new one within 2 weeks. The scheduled delivery date was 18-08-25, but it's now 29th, and I'm still waiting. The worst part? The customer support has gone completely silent. No updates, no responses, nothing. It's like they've vanished into thin air. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is appalling. I've lost all faith in Dr. Trust and their products. The delays, the inconvenience, and the frustration could've been avoided if they had just delivered a quality product or responded promptly to my concerns. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from Dr. Trust weighing scales. The experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Not recommended. Period.

Simple to use and helpful in diet management.

So, I've been using this constantly for the past 3 days to measure my food for the diet I have. The reading is so far constant & accurate & I'm happy about it. I've bought a scale from another brand which is actually not accurate & shows various results always each time & This weighing scale has no such issue & is accurate each and every time. So while buying something that you're going to use for a long time, go for something that's worth the buy The build quality is solid. It is also really slim & comes with a bowl to measure which is really useful and appreciable. This isn't a brand asked positive review. This is my honest review after using it constantly for 3 days. I'm happy with how good this product is for my daily use & I'm also happy to hear about the positive customer support customers share on their reviews.
