Flamingo Medial Arch Support - Universal

I used to run 4 to 5 kms everyday. I have put on lot of weight recently and when I started going to gym, I couldn't even run for 1km coz my feet have become flat due to the increased weight. I was sceptical while ordering this product. I started wearing these inside socks and to my surprise my pain has stopped. Now I'm running 4kms everyday and I'm confident that I will reach my regular fitness level sooner than I anticipated. Although there is slight discomfort while walking with these, you will get used to it in a week. Note: I have used it only with shoes since I spend majority of my time in office and gym. So, don't exactly know how it is with slippers or sandals

fits to the shoe. but I have to adjust all the time to remain at the right place. quality looks robust and putting nice effect on my feet. please buy if you are doing gym activity. for general usage you wouldn't want to use this.

Bad product. The material is quite hard which you realize after 15-20 mins of walking. But I continued with the hope that may be it will improve. Initially I had pain in the inner heal of left feet but because product lies under the arch and because of the shape, your entire pressure feels on the outer heal. Now it also hurts in the outer heal area. Nothing works better than a show with an overall high but shock resistant bottom soles along with soft cushioning inner soles.

Comfortable Medial arch. Provides good support, full foot coverage and improves walking.

These are great and have changed my life

Very good for arch support, helps is plantar fasciitis. Make sure your shoes are flat inner sole if the inner sole has cushions to support using this can be more painful. When I used it in my leather shoes it gave me good support. But in my sport shoes which has a bit of arch support I found it more uncomfortable. It takes time getting used to. So don't give up. Also one need to find the right position which will give more comfort. It took me couple of days permuting before finding that sweet spot for more comfort. Seems to be better than most available in mkt. Its firm enough, not a soft gel.

I don't think its a universal size. It was just too big for me (size UK 6/ EU 39). And it also feels like a hard stuff beneath the foot, plus it slips. No cushion at all. Even if you want to wear it inside your shoes, they should be at least one size bigger than what you normally wear. Had to return it because of no utility of the product.
