How much does the pan weigh

For the 10" pan, about 4 lbs with the lid and 2.6 lbs without the lid.

Is it still worth $55 after a few months of wear? I’m concerned about only having 1 month to return it.

I've had mine for 2 months and it is like new. However, I don't use it every day but do use the two smaller Sensarte pans I've had for almost a year and they too look new. Also, my largest pan is 11" I have found 12" pans awkward to use and larger than I need, but that is a personal preference.

Can this pan be used to fry steak?

Yes, but remember this pan does not like rapid heat changes. Heat the pan on medium heat, and once it’s hot it will fry any meat. High heat is unnecessary for anything other than boiling water, and you won’t be doing that in this pan.
