I would have give it a 10 star if there is a option for that. I am feeling much better after taking a pill. This product is very effective. 25 billion good bacteria.. really. I have searched many medical stores that have same quantity of good bacteria but there is none in the market. I have found sachet which contains 1.25 billion or tablets with 2.5 billion or 5 billion or 10 billion but 25 billion is amazing. It works for me and i am sure it will work for you as well. Recommended dose is 1 CAPSULE A DAY. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE because for a healthy person 6 to 12 billion good bacteria is what doctors recommend but you are taking 25 billion it doesn't have any side effects but please do not exceed the recommended dose. At last i strongly recommend this product to everyone.

One of the best probiotic products available in Amazon. I had a terrible stomach condition due to bacterial infection in my gut. Just within few days of taking this product I started to feel alright. It seem to be very effective. The only slight drawback is its price. It is over 1000 rupees. I would have givn five stars if it was priced with 800. Otherwise no complaints about the product.

Hello Guys I'm a regular customer of this product and writing this review just for you guys, not to influence anyone. I know there's a rat race and lots of politics for this thing. I ordered my first bottle almost a year back. After my body was wrecked by antibiotics. Searching for many brands I wasted money on many probiotics also. With hope and belief I ordered yours and it drastically changed my life. Since then I'm a regular buyer.If you keep a record for your customers you'd know it :) Just recieved a bottle now, took the first capsule and a splurge of energy again and feeling strong within seconds. Then decided to write this review. I have a request guys. Please don't ever compromise with the quality of probiotics you provide and If possible please don't inflate the price. I want to keep using this product for life and will recommend to everyone I come across. I want to wholeheartedly say thank you to you guys, whole team, and amazon for always delivering it within time and sealed product everytime. If expiry wasn't an issue id have stacked 10 bottles at once but I'm a student and don't have access to a fridge, I live away from home. I keep the bottle whereever I travel. The manufacturer claims that the product has living cultures in the capsule. So, the capsule ingredients should convert milk into curds. To experiment this, I told my Mom while making curds, keep some milk separately in a small bowl. So we had two bowls of milk. In one bowl of milk we added 1/4 small spoon of curds and in the other bowl of milk we added the capsule ingredients and stirred. We covered both the bowls with their lid and left them overnight. In the morning, the milk bowl in which we added curds culture got fully converted into curds. The milk bowl in which we added the capsule ingredients was unchanged. It had only milk, the way we left it the previous night. So the product seems ineffective. Can the manufacturer please clarify, if the product has live culture, then why did it not convert milk into curds when it was added to milk? The product failed the test and hence the rating of 1. Personally, I don't think this product is of any use.

Average product. I found better probiotics than this one on Amazon itself.

Genuine product. I'm very very skeptical about Indian make supplements. But tried this due to heavy shipping charges of Amazon.com counterparts. The test for any efficient probiotic is trying to set curd. I tried once with 2 capsules but result was vague. Got paneer out of heating that milk though. Then re-tested with 4 capsules in 200ml full cream milk. Viola! Good curds in 24 hours. Don't move container and cover with cloth. Inference: perhaps this needs to be taken at least 2 or 3 times a day for max result. Perhaps 2 capsules post a heavy meal.

I bought this product because of all the rave reviews. I have had a bad experience after taking this supplement. After switching from Yakult Light because of it's high sugar content. I am 40+, my IBS has worsened followed with acute lower back pain. Even though my diet is completely sugar free and is filled with fiber rich foods I have expirenced a lot of abdominal discomfort and insomnia. I prefer to switch to simple homemade curd twice a day. And this is what the doctors suggest anyways. Hopefully it's helpful to someone who is contemplating to find a alternative to a simple homemade curd.

Brought it in a hurry wasn't expecting to be that great but boy oh boy i was wrong, works very well improved digestion, mood, skin can also help minor infections and overall health. It will cause some stomach distress when consuming for the first time give it a 4-7 days and you'll be fine. loved it will buy again. 4 stars because it doesn't have few more bacterial strains.
