The difference is amazing! I started taking this to help with better absorption of my vitamins. I notice a huge difference and I feel better since taking it. I feel my health is much better since taking this. I feel like I can finally feel the benefits of my B complex vitamins. I take two in the morning with my b complex vitamins (Thorne MethlGaurdPlus) on an empty stomach with no problem. No upset to my stomach. I’ve been taking for a few months now without any issues. Great price and quality. Easy enough to swallow. A must have if you have Issues with methylation that are common with gene mutation.

Great Product
TMG by Life Extension is the best. I tried the powdered capsule from another brand and hated it. Something about the liquid capsule form and the quality of the product makes me feel better throughout the day. I would highly recommend you give this one a try!

Good product but ongoing problem with leaky capsules
I bought this product about 6 times and the most recent bottles have had leaky capsules. The liquid gets all over the other pills, so I can't put them in my pill boxes. I am going to look for a replacement even though I really like this one.

Quality product, experiencing good effects
Appears to be good clean quality and transparent capsules where you can see the product. I took a methylation test a while back and discovered partial COMT varient issues. In taking these I notice a sustained energy throughout the day. Not sure if it's just a coincidence at this point but I will be continuing with this brand's tmg.

Easy to swallow, no weird taste or odor
Arrived in excellent condition—yes these are liquid filled capsules. A couple reviews had issues with that, wonder if it was particularly hot out if capsules leaked. They are carefully packaged with cotton fluff too. Mine are fully intact, it’s cool weather today and I retrieved them almost immediately on delivery.
