For the past 6 months, I started suffering from perimenopausal symptoms, having a serious amount of hot flashes & sweats. It's been truly miserable! I only took this 2 times. My hormonal Dr said I did not need this as I am on Bioidentical hormones. Remember to ask your doctor if you are on hormone replacement therapy. It does contain quality ingredients especially for women going through menopause.

Balanced my mood, and initially caused frequent loose stool. However, I normally have formed normal bowel movements daily. This product caused terrible constipation requiring daily use of laxatives and stool softeners. It also gave me headaches that I did not experience previously. Unfortunately caused too many side effects for me
