Great products and good quality

Product is very durable and easy to use. Only downside is didn’t come with a mounting bracket. Just today I went to turn on the tablet to find half the screen I working normal and the other blank whit screen.

The MobileDemand Tablet Flex 12B is a fantastic rugged Windows tablet! I purchased two of these for outdoor work, and they have made my job much easier compared to carrying a bulky laptop. The durable casing provides a secure grip, making it comfortable to hold while on the go. Battery life is impressive—it lasts a good amount of time when fully charged. Setup was mostly smooth, though I had to use a hotspot to adjust some Wi-Fi settings before connecting to my main network. After updating, everything worked perfectly. Yes, it's a bit pricier than off-brand alternatives, but the reliability and performance make it well worth the investment. If you need a sturdy, dependable tablet that can handle demanding environments, I highly recommend this one!

Got new tablet had some issues, customer service contacted on there own and resolved the issue. After talking to Kalli at customer who apologized for the issue I don't have any choice but to give Mobile Demand and Kalli five stars, they are ruthless and trying to resolve the issue. I recommend this product for anyone looking for rugged tablet.
