This product was recommended to me by my daughter. The purchase price caught me by surprise, but I figured I’d give it a shot. I have a very stressful job and get migraines here and there, but I have not had a migraine in probably 2 years. When the product arrived (I ship to my work), I decided to take one, as I was starting to feel a cold coming on and I hadn’t slept more than 3 or 4 hours a night in several months, plus the migraine was just starting. I drank my water with the tablet in it and within about 30 minutes the migraine subsided and I had energy. I know this isn’t listed to help with migraines, but the overall “better” feeling I had after taking this the first day was worth the price. It’s been ~2 weeks since I started taking this and my energy is up, which helps me get more work done and in turn reduces stress. All of this combined to help me sleep more (averaging 5 hours per night the past 2 weeks). I am a believer. Great product.

Dissolves quickly Have seen no benefits yet

I have been using these tabs for a while now and I also bought a hydrogen water bottle from a different brand. I was hoping I could save money and convenience with the bottle but I honestly feel like tabs work better. Maybe it's placebo, maybe not, but I genuinely feel better after using these tablets and I don't get the same effect from the hydrogen bottle. They dissolve quick without any residue and the taste is barely noticeable. I will be getting these again

I was very skeptical of the entire Hydrogen fad. I've been in natural health for over 10 years now and have seen trends come and go. I'm also skeptical of the science and the ability to keep the hydrogen molecules in the water long enough to be ingested. But I followed the instructions to use a glass (non-porous) bottle filled to the top with filtered water and put in one tablet and then drink when the tablet is done bubbling. It takes about 30 seconds for the tablet to dissolve and the resulting water is quite bubbly. The water does have a slightly metallic taste, but it is not unpleasant. Most surprising of all, it seems to work and fast! Within 10 minutes of drinking the treated water, I feel alert and energetic and the energy lasts for 4-6 hours afterwards. The bonus; there is no crash like a sugar rush and no jittery feeling like with caffeine. The only side effect I have observed is having to pee more and my body letting go of fluids from being better hydrated. Well worth the money.

I gave this product an honest chance and found absolutly no value, and no reality to their claims.

I ordered this after listening to Tracy Duhs seminars and podcasts. This stuff is interesting, there’s no immediate “hydrated” feeling you get but I’m sure over time of use, it does overall provide hydration on a molecular level. I used up the whole bottle, sometimes the taste is hard to get passed, but essentially I just chugged it and went about my day. I usually drank it in the morning, make sure to let it fully dissolve but then drink it quickly as once it’s “flat” it does not have the same effects. Hope this helps!

The packaging gives adequate information for usage. Quality feel to the blister packaging that contains the tablets. I’m not massively keen on the taste, but I didn’t buy them to savor on my palate! Honestly I can’t say I noticed any tangible health benefit, but I haven’t committed to regular continued use. If your looking to try dissolved hydrogen tablets, hear certainly got all the researched qualities I was looking for.

I have studied the H2 options and the tablets came up as more effective the H2 water “makers.” So I bought these. Easy to take, dissolve in water and I think they help my energy: I had a break for a month and I can notice the difference. I am looking forward to getting started with these again :)

This is the best price I could find on the internet and it works as well as Mercola's brand which we can't get in the UK anymore. It will be my go to from now on. I'm pretty bad at drinking the required amount of water each day so 2 of these help me stay hydrated (not quite enough to be optimal yet, but better!) I also take them if I've eaten foods I'm not so good at digesting, or if I've been out for a meal (all those unavoidable rancid seed oils!) and 1 of these makes me feel much lighter again. They definitely make me feel better in general.

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described/what I wanted. Good value vs other brands available online which appear to be exactly the same product with the same packaging, just different branding.
