This machine mixes, kneads, and facilitates the dough rising process without having to remove your dough from the bowl. I do not have a kitchen that is conducive to doing a lot of cooking, so it was the perfect machine for me. I can now make professional breads and pizza with great ease. You will have to get used to determining the correct amount of kneading as well as the appropriate time for rising on each recipe. It is more efficient than if you tried to do it by hand, or with a mixer & dough hook. The way that it kneads makes it easy to see if you have added the correct amount of water. If there's too much or too little water, it will not tumble correctly while kneading.

I wasn’t born with the gift of kneading dough by hand. I’ve tried and tried, and it’s always been a disaster. This machine has saved me the trouble. It’s perfect! I use it often now. My first attempt at making bread came out beautifully. I’m so glad I decided to buy it. For non-amateurs like me, it’s a delight. Cleans up quickly and effortlessly.

It works very well, but I wouldn’t do more than making two loaves at a time. I believe trying to do three loaves would be too hard on the motor. It does turn off when it gets too warm but after a few seconds, it turns itself back on again. The proofing works very well. And the cleanup is super easy. For those who love to make homemade bread, but whose arms can’t take the constant kneading anymore. This is it.

I have 3 different brands of dough mixers. This is by far the best one. Love the built in scale. At first use, I weighed ingredients one at a time on digital scale and then in the dough maker. Weights were spot on. I wish it was available in orange or other color... but mainly orange.

My wife and I love this dough maker. We bought it last year. You can put in your ingredients apply your settings and let it do the work. The stainless steel bowl is very easy to clean. We make pizza dough and bread. We chose this machine over some others due to the fact you can weigh your ingredients right in the mixer. I purchased this one as a gift for our daughter in law who makes a lot of bread.

A great product for mixing doughs of any kind. It has a scale, then it mixes, kneads, and finally it allows you to ferment and rise the dough. The price is good also. What I like is when you are done, you can make your dough into whatever you want, such as bread, buns, pizza, garlic knots, etc.

Love this machine, but I wish the attachment part that mixes was stainless steel. After 4 months of use the ceramic coating started to chip. The mixing blade starts to bubble then chips. I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me a new attachment. The only downfall is that it took 4 weeks from me messaging them about the problem to then receiving the attachment.

Does not work. The paddle continues to come off during the mixing period, leaving black stuff all over my dough. I need to find out how to return this device.
