im pregnant & craving coffee creamers and i know whats in the market is not great. so i got this and i like it . it creams the coffee and doesnt have a strong coconut flavor

I'm using this coconut powder as a coffee creamer and I am very happy with it. I was trying to stay away from regular coffee creamer powders because of the artificial ingredients and bad seed oils. Also I cannot have any dairy in my diet. This is a great alternative, good ingredients and it taste delicious (a little coconut flavor, but I love coconut) ! Also want to mention that it stirs in pretty well with a spoon. It's a little pricey, but that is to be expected when it's real ingredients. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

One of my favorite things to do is to sit and have a cup of Chai Tea in the mornings. I jazz my drink up with cinnamon, maple syrup and this Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder. It is amazing in my tea and would be great in coffee as well. The coconut gives it a mild sweetness. It is easy to use. It comes with a little scoop that is perfect for my cup of tea. I like the 2 lb as it is the best value for the money. Easy to store and no refrigeration needed. The only negative that I have, is the zip lock access on it. A canister with a lid is preferable to the ziplock. The powder is fine and is perfect for my use, however, it gets caught in the zip lock making it difficult to zip back up. My favorite part of the day! Sipping my cup of tea with Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder, relaxing and watching the beautiful lake and forest from our kitchen windows. It smells great. If you are lactose intolerant and want to enjoy and wonderful cup of tea or coffee. Try this!

I am totally in love with this! I originally bought it to put in my breakfast, and it blew my expectations away. It makes everything taste sweeter and creamier. Just a heads-up—it gets clumpy in cold water, so warm is definitely the way to go. I’ve also been adding it to my post-sauna and workout coconut water drink, and it’s amazing. Highly recommend!

Soooo LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this wonderful product!!! Flavor is out of this world whereas others are NOT! I make a milk drink with it each night and it is so near the wonderful raw milk that I was raised on that I have craved to have a great glass of ice cold raw milk, but, none for many years. Then I took a chance on this product and couldn't believe the flavor! It is soooo great in my hot, Chicory Latte', also, Chicory has no problem with Oxalates causing Oxalate Poisoning, as does coffee if it's drank in large amounts, plus, Chicory is a great digestive aid. This wonderful Coconut Milk does NOT have any additives as are in other coconut milk, called creamers. But, it is just like wonderful cream! None others are like it! If Coconut Water is added, being in my 80's and my finger tips tend to wrinkle when I wake in the morning, but, when I add Coconut Water to this Coconut Milk Powder, as Bruce Fife writes in his Coconut Water book, it hydrates the body cells better than having hospital IVs. It does! No more wrinkled finger tips which makes it hard to draw blood for a blood sugar test. I found "Nutricost Organic Coconut Water" to be very good! I used another product, buying it in a large amount, thinking it was cheaper. Not only did it only TASTE LIKE PLAIN DRINKING water, I discovered that it's only in the name that it has "organic"! The product IS NOT organic and discovered Amazon WON'T honor it's return, though in the description regarding the product, it can be returned "for any reason". I wrote a disappointed review about the product.

Arrived intact and on time. White smooth coconut powder which tastes sweet, which I was concerned about as I use coconut milk in savory dishes. However, when used there was no sweet taste. I have been eating it by the spoonful as it’s nice and creamy! Dissolves well in warm water, unlike room temperature or cold and its convenient to have the dry powder on hand if you use it often. Advertised as keto friendly but it is not as the ingredient list states it contains tapioca maltodextrin, which spikes your blood sugar. The resealable bag did not reseal (a minor inconvenience) and I think its overpriced as well for the amount you get, so I would look at other alternatives or continue to purchase if the price drops. Fresh coconut milk is always better but this is handy.
