I bought this for my 3-year-old because, like many kids his age, he sometimes has moments of high energy or emotional outbursts. I was looking for a way to help him release that energy safely, without hurting himself or others, especially his younger sibling. This has been a great tool for that. Now, when he feels frustrated or needs to let out energy, we guide him to use it, and it helps redirect his emotions through movement in a positive way. It’s also engaging, fun, and easy to use, which makes him actually want to use it. For us, it’s been more than just a toy — it’s been helpful at home.

Great fun and an incentive to MOVE those arms! We mounted the Velcro strips on a backboard and put that on a wall in garage with outlet nearby to charge it as needed. We will prob put a white board in there to keep score- or even chalkboard paint on the wall —wish the unit had diff “players” profiles so we could go back to the same power level and score. But for the price it is good enough! In fact it’s a pretty good bang for your buck. Volume isn’t great when paired with mobile device (which was turned all the way up too) but worked fine and made it fun. The punching is LOUD so that’s part of the sound issue. Gloves are cumbersome and beginner so they may not register all punches. But overall it is great, easy to set up and easy to use and I recommend it for all ages. It’s time to have some fun and this is a good start.

This model has a terrible noise when you hit it (both correctly and incorrectly) over the music, disrupting your flow. You cannot turn it off. So bad and loud enough I had to return it and find a different one.
